You can dip their heads in hot (prefferably boiling) water, or you can use a hair dryer to heat them. They pop off easily. . . .TTL's are pretty much the same.
I've heard of a lot of guys using a screwdriver underneath the chin to remove TTL heads, but it's just too risky. You can scar up the fig pretty bad, or risk jabbing yourself in the hand.

The only way that you can do this mate is to take off the head, which Oppurtunist said and then carefully split the torso of the figure, once you have split the torso then the legs will just come out, you can't simply pull the legs out because they are held together from inside the torso.
