How can I remove his head band that is painted on? Can I use nail polish remover? + 1 karma

yes but you have to be carefull to cover the eyebrows with tape from what i have heard

Yes you can, just do it VERY carefully with a cotton bud or something and try not to touch the hair either because you don't want that coming off. LOL
