i dunno if you have any but why not try and mod an old pre-Real scan head. Cause they looked freaky like khali. Altho u may have to add extra chin and foreheadm u will get the eyes I reckon. A good one is this edge  admittedly it doesnt show you the eyes but the bone structure is there. Mind u I dunno how it would b to get it |

I am thinking that the following options could work
BO ECW Rhyno
Andre ( I am certain that the CS 7 torso will work the head looks like it can be an option)
modified Sakoda

BoECW Rhyno head (forehead strands of hair removed/sanded down, back hair shorten)
RA15 Big Show (tats removed with nail polish remover)
Cloth pants
That'd be the basic formula there. You'd have to paint the skintone as well.
