The streak had to end at some point. I don't see the streak coming to end being the reason you stop watching. Like many others have said, it was cool while it lasted and only took place 1/12 months a year.
Besides, if I had to watch one more poorly hyped-up boring one year older and less physically fit Undertaker match I'd stop watching TV altogether.

Your desire to get on the internet should also be gone.

Alright... I had more time to think about this. I actually took a sick day from work because I was in no shape this morning for work. I'm going to go ahead and watch Monday Night Raw tonight to see how this plays out. If Taker does give his retirement speech I can't miss that. I'm a life long Taker fan. I will no longer watch anything with Brock Lesnar involved. I will never re-watch Wrestle Mania 30. I don't want anything to remind me of this bogus lost. He should've went out undefeated or losing to a young rising wrestler. Blah. Just a terrible experience last night. If a single match on a sports-entertainment PPV can make you unable to go to work the next day then I think you should stop watching. Seriously. The only time I know of people being so physically ill from a non-personal event that they could not go to work the next day was 9/11. The Streak ending is not 9/11. Stop acting like it was.

I'm glad the streak came to an end. It's the same old story every year and it's predictable. I do not think Brock should have been the one to do it but at the same time, I'm glad he did because that's the first thing that I've seen in ages that I felt was unpredictable. I think someone should have gotten a rub by beating Undertaker but so be it. It's a part timer beating a part timer.

I don't know if the OP was serious or not. And honestly it makes no difference to me if he was or not, but I do find some of the responses pretty hysterical. If Triple H beat Bryan last night or Bryan lost im the main event most of this board would be singing the blues on how Triple H buried him or the WWE screwed him again. Blah blah blah. How many posts leading up to Maina were posts crying about how Bryan was going to get screwed. People were cr@pping on Mania about him being screwed before it even happened.
And here it is the day after and all anyone is talking about is the Streak. That right there sings volumes on how important the streak was at Maina seeing that is all anyone seems to be talking about compared to Bryan having his moment.

Everyone just expects Taker to win by kicking out of a zillion finishers and before it ultimately ended that's exactly the vibe I got crowd. Either retire or end the streak. The same storyline for 5+ years gets old. In all honesty, it could of been handled better. I would have had a lumberjack style with all the all guys he beat surround the ring(ones that are living) and create more drama, but it's past, so it is what it is.

It would have been badass to see some of his past opponents spring out of those coffins with their names on them and attack Taker.

I'm not gonna get into some long winded rant about the match or any of that. What I am gonna say is this, if you don't wanna watch WWE fine, but I take a slight offense with you blanket terming the entirety of Pro Wrestling by just saying "I'll stop watching WWE". If you wanna stop, fine, that's your right. And I won't try to turn this into some indy fanboy stuff. But, dude, there is an entire world out of there. You said you have the Network ,so you're aware of the history that is stuff like World Class or WCW right? Well that is still out there, Ring of Honor, CHIKARA, New Japan, and so much more, from all over. A good percent of it is free, available readily on youtube, the stuff you have to pay for, is relatively cheap.
Like, I'm just saying, open your eyes and explore new realms. It might just awaken that wrestling fan inside of you once more and help you discover a new side of pro wrestling that you've never seen before.
