Well...Orton landing on the monitor obviously wasn't planned. Either way, Orton is the man for taking that and getting pretty much right back up.

The ref should of moved the tv monitor the dumb ass.
That just of hurt like crazy for Orton, I felt sorry for him.
Was ortons failure to catch Bryan's head a botch?

Felt a bid uncomfortable for orton, big respect for finishing but the bit after with Batista throwing him about look a bit dodgy, didn't know if he was selling or legit "ow my back"

Orton had a big cut on his back. Landing on something is the absolute worst way to land.

That poor monitor was all squashed up.

I'm not Orton's biggest fan by any means, but damn i respect him more for continuing on in that match.

I'm pretty certain it was between the barricade and desk and chair on the ground. No way the ref would have seen it let alone be able to move it.

I thought Bryan almost broke his neck, but then I watched the replay on the screen in front of me and boy did Orton's fall look bad. Totally forgot he was on the stretcher so when the crowd went crazy when he got off of it I was confused.

You're not alone. The instant the move hit, all I said out loud was "Orton's back is finished. He landed on the monitor". He took a Batista Bomb shortly after and I cringed.

Randy Orton could have broken his back. That was a VERY dangerous situation. I'd bet that he won't be wrestling on RAW or Smackdown this week. He's gotta be hurting even if it isn't an actual injury. I don't see anyway he's not extremely sore after landing on a TV monitor in the middle of his spine from 10 feet up in the air at that rate of speed.
People can say whatever they want about Randy Orton and crap on his Title run because really, the entire theme of his Title run has been Daniel Bryan trying to win the belts...but Randy Orton was a good Champion. He wrestled so many great matches, put over guys like Bryan, Sheamus, and Cesaro, and he carried a very heavy workload.
He'll be overlooked because all everybody was focused on was Daniel Bryan's quest...but Randy Orton was a damn good WWE Champion and WWE World Heavyweight Champion after the unification.

That's just way it was booked. Orton falling on the monitor wasn't suppose to happen, I don't even think he was suppose to be on the ground that long, but when you fall back down 7' onto a small metal square box...you're probably not going to get up at all much less within the time he did. The Bryan stretcher thing was all booking. The entire night was him overcoming the odds and getting his ass kicked for 40 minutes. Not how I would have booked it, but that was creative trying to push the underdog thing to it's maximum.
Hopefully now he'll be booked like a champ and not the little engine that could.

Randy Orton is a tough son of a bitch. That must've hurt like crazy. Makes you wonder if he'll be willing to do stuff like that again.
He really needs to be commended for his body of work as of late. He's put on great main event matches during the reign, all while playing a fantastic heel. The way he gets a feel for the crowd and taunts them at the very right moment really sticks out.

I had no clue that the match was even No DQ until Triple H came out and they mentioned it on commentary.

I always enjoy Orton's title runs unfortunately most of the time I don't actually realize how good it is until its over and I have time to go back and look at it. Each of his lengthy runs he usually puts over someone on the way up. in 2007 he put over Jeff Hardy big time, in 2009 he put over Mark Henry as a star in one night, in 2010 he put over Miz, in 2011 he put over Henry for the title and made Christian look like a legit main eventer, and in 2013 he put over guys like Cesaro and Bryan (honestly don't remember a time where Orton pinned Bryan clean, most of the time he put over Bryan)

I was wondering why no one behind the announce table moved the monitor out the way. I guess they were deep into the action.
