Pics don't show up but I looked them up so here I go. . .
You could use a modded Road Dogg from TNA or Signature Series (older WWE fig) or maybe even a Luther Reigns. Add these heads onto a SHW torso and either paint his short tights or his awkward one legged tights. For Tony of High Impact, I'd definetly use a Shannon Moore figure and repaint the tights. Add gloves and he's done. For Mike, hmmm, maybe a Charlie Haas head on a long paints(ed) fig like Matt Hardy or another Moore body. Repaint him and add tatoos and that would finish High Impact.
