At least not how they are designed now. There are a few that I wanted to get (Orton, Barrett, Sandow and Triple H if they make him) But I have been holding off until Orton was in a 2-Pack. Well, today at TRU I saw new 2-packs so with their sale I picked up a couple Slam City 2-Packs Dolph/Orton and Sandow/Del Rio.
NOW while I like the look of them they feel "tacky" which is what I think will kill this line. Because I am sure after a day these things will have every piece of dirt, hair and dusT they come in contact with stuck on them. Which will have parents stop wanting to buy them. I think unless they change their design the stretchy rubber arms will be the death of this line.
And as an FYI all this TRU (Nanuet NY) had was a case of E26 (minus Warrior) and 4 BoPPV Punks and 3 Brocks. They did have a fresh case of BoPPV in back, but it was another of the Heyman wave. They also had quite a few of the Punk/Taker and Brock/Heyman BP's.

I liked the rumblers better. I have a few in my dashboard. Your right it's a matter of time before they are put to Pasteur.

I want to like them but I can't. Part of the reason is that they cost pennies to make and are priced insanely. These are fifty cent crank machine toys. And they need to be priced reasonably, Mattel. If you want my money. $3 max is what I would pay.

Hopefully they dump this line and bring back rumblers. Very doubtful though.

I love the stylized look of the line but despise the tacky stretchy arms. I miss the Rumblers.

Plus I had bought my son a SpongeBob toy made of the same material and it picked up lint & hair like crazy.

I don't see Slam City figures staying around long... Sorry guys, looks like Slam City figures are here to stay. WWE has put a lot of money behind them. "WWE Slam City is a key component of WWE’s larger strategy to expand its reach to kids. In 2013, WWE’s national TV programming reached nearly three million kids each week, representing more than 20 percent of WWE’s average weekly TV audience. WWE also reaches kids through the No. 2 action figure property in the U.S." "In addition to toys, a full WWE Slam City merchandise line, including apparel, back-to-school accessories, books, graphic novels and home videos will be available in stores by the end of 2014. In 2015, a WWE Slam City mobile game, as well as health and beauty items, home goods, party supplies and stationary will be available." Source: www.wwe.com/inside/wwe-slam-city-debut

I was going to say. My kids aren't really enjoying RAW or the PPVs, but they really like Slam City and the Scooby Movie. I really hope they come out with an actual wrestling cartoon show using their WWE superstars. My daughter finally remembers superstar names!! On the down side, I really don't like the slam city figures.

I think they are here to stay since they are based off of a cartoon.

With their cartoon in full swing now, I don't see these going away.

I want them to stay, because I like that style...but I just don't see parents continually buying them if their arms are going to be the dust/dirt/hair magnets they seem they will be.

I don't mind them. I didn't mind rumblers either. And the show actually isn't that bad.
It's the garbage like flex force, power slammer , super strikers, that I don't like. Complete waste of their time and money.

should have just turned Slam City into a "Rumblers" style cartoon and tried to re-invent the Rumblers line.
i dont like the rubbery-ness of the Slam City guys...and the way some of them are posed they won't stand up on their own

This. Over priced happy meal toys. These are destined for clearance and cancellation just like super-strikers, power-slammers, rumblers, and flex-force. They will then be replaced by another gimmicky line meant to appeal to very young kids. Kids that age, their interests change daily, it just isn't sustainable.
