So if WWE released a book about his career and sold it, would that be cashing in on his death? If it wasn't already in production before his death, yes. I respectfully disagree. Things cost money to make so they need to sell them. I don't have a issue with a company "celebrating or paying tribute" to a fallen hero. But I do get where u are coming from, and think its very much personal choice on these sort of things.

So if WWE released a book about his career and sold it, would that be cashing in on his death? If it wasn't already in production before his death, yes. They wouldn't be the only ones cashing in. His family would be too. Just because a guys dies doesn't mean his trademarks go into public domain.
