Okay, I was looking through the 'Should so and so have a jacket' thread and someone suggested swapping arms so he would have no burnt/melted on jacket. How would this be done? Are there any special tools needed?

Split the torso using a screwdriver to remove the arms. Then you can take the arms from another figure and put them in the sockets and then glue the torso back together. It tells you how in the FAQ up top. The recent torsos with rubber rectangles in them are much harder to split than the older ones which didn't have them.
