There used to be a TTL Austin (one with the red smoking skull shirt?) that came with a leather strap. It was the main reason I bought it aside from my love of street fights. It was only looped on one side but you could wrap it around the other arm/or neck if you wanted to. Speaking of dog collar matches, that old toy biz Rick Steiner came with a one collared accessory as well
