I saw the Suicide Squad images a few days ago on Instagram and just shook my head. While creatively they're well done, people clearly are not understanding the Suicide Squad arc/concept. Half of the characters listed aren't nor never were members of the Squad. It would be like making Justice League 2 with Batgirl, Booster Gold and Plastic Man as members.

I definitely agree with your point...but actually most of the posters the guy made are or have been SS members. The only ones I saw that weren't were Riddler, Scarecrow, and Two Face. (Also, despite being comic relief, both Booster and Plastic Man have been in the JL too) |

When I think of Deathstroke in a faction I think of The Society & Bane with Secret Six. And I guess I mean Booster & Plastic Man as more prominent roles. When you ask a casual fan to name off the Justice League, there's really only about 10 names you can drop and Booster Gold isnt one haha. |

Because DC has never changed something or switched their lore up before.  If you mean to tell me you wouldn't wanna see Scarecrow gas some people for the greater good, you must be trippin'. Neither Bane nor Deathstroke were in the group all that long, but the one good thing about the SS is that they're similar to the GOTG. A lot of comic fans only know the name and not the entire story, so you can fill in pretty much whatever characters you want to make a movie. With the JL, it's sort of like the Avengers. Almost everyone has been a member at one point or another. If they want to turn either the SS or the JL into long-running franchises, I welcome the background lower tier characters to fill out the rosters. Gotta have cannon fodder, after all.  |

I'm pretty sure it has domestically but probably not yet internationally. I'm guessing it'll end up making at least $50M more overall.

Has Wonder Woman passed out BvS at the Box office yet I wonder? I reckon it probably has.... Domestically speaking Wonder Woman surpassed BvS a week or two ago. It's at about $370 million to $330 million for BvS. Though I don't think Wonder Woman will pass it at the worldwide box office. WW currently has $746 there compared to $873 million for BvS. |

I just hope, if we get another WW movie, can it be in a less depressing enviorment? DCEU is too  ing dark. That paradise island was spot on, more of that shit. Less depressing London. |

If Affleck quits (which would be a shame) I really hope to baby Jesus that the cast Karl Urban as his replacement. I wholeheartedly believe he's the best choice out there.

I personally hope we go back to early days Batman. Affleck's whole midlife crisis Batman wasn't that appealing to me. I wouldn't wanna see a 50 year old Batman and Catwoman eventually doing the dirty.

Watched 'Watchmen' for the first time tonight, completely unaware of anything relating to it. Was pleasantly surprised, but I feel like the movie was maybe half an hour too long? Anyways, it was a right decent movie, good characters.
And Malin Åkerman sure has that plot. 10/10.

I really think this is still just brewing from him stepping down as director and he still intends to play Batman through this franchise. However if they do decide to go with another actor, now that you have The Flash in the Multiverse its really easy to do. All you have to do is have a plot where Wayne is killed (at an older age) but he goes to the grave with a secret to defeat some villain. When the League cant defeat the guy, Flash runs back to the past and brings a younger Wayne (new actor) into the future with him so the League can defeat the villain. While in the present the younger Wayne can just decide to stay and bam, you have a new, younger Batman that's still Bruce Wayne.

Personally, I'd just recast and not bring any attention to the different actor. Just like with Rachael from the Nolan films, James Rhodes from IM, Ruffalo did for Norton, & Kilmer did for Keaton.
