Pop it off with a flat head screwdriver.

flat head screw driver carefully and away from the direction of your eyes preferably. lift it up putting the pressure against the sternum and bottom chin. Most come off pretty easy, but some take a little bit of work.

Easiest way is to just grab it and pull it straight up. Usually if will pop right off. I have only had to boil a few of the REALLY stuck ones and I have switched over a 100 heads. (Mostly customs.)
Of course, that is for RA heads. If its TTL you will probably have to boil it.
