If the peg is broke in the head, it's gonna be a bitch getting it out. I'd suggest getting needlenose pliers and trying to grab it. If that doesn't work, boil it for a little bit, so it gets loose and try the needlenose thing or a screwdriver and pry it out. BCA pegs suck.
