He reminds me of when Taz was the Tazmaniac. I was thinking the exact same thing, only slightly different. He reminds me of a combination of Tazmaniac and Ted Arcidi or as I like to call him Taz Arcidi. He is boring as f*ck and isn't that good of a wrestler from what I've seen of him. He won't last much longer. He'll be like the next Tensai. Taz Arcidi it is!! Love it!!  |

What part of "The Bulgarian Brute" don't you guys understand?  I've highlighted the two countries, hopefully that might help. Please don't be thrown by the Europe only map, it is a continent that is to the West of North America. I'm not making it up, it's been there for quite some time, in fact, I live in Europe. i'm confused... why is Florida in the middle of the country? ... |

I think he doesn't play his character well. His face is completely blank all the time and is so boring.

He's supposed to be Bulgarian isn't he? For those of you who don't know, Russia and Bulgaria are two different countries. What part of "The Bulgarian Brute" don't you guys understand? i don't mind him. he moves amazingly well for a 300 pounder and didn't look green last night. the gimmick is played out, but only because i feel a heel character like him hasn't caught on in a long time and they've been trying and trying - kozlov is the last i can think of.
lana, no argument there though.

My problem with Rusev is that I don't find him intimidating, like at  ing all. His 'serious' face leaves a lot to be desired. He always looks bored, drunk, or tired. Let's take a look at the many faces, of Mr. Rusev...  Slap that on a T-shirt and that would sell like Hot cakes |

I agree about him being boring.
I also think wrestler need to wear boots..
Lana is the star so the sooner she is managing someone who will actually amount to something the better.

So the Alexander Rusev gimmick sucks. I just feel like the "evil foreigner" gimmick is SO played out and doesn't fit in at all with this so-called reality era. If he's a big Russian ass kicker then let him be a big Russian ass kicker. We don't need the cheesy anti-USA stuff with the "crush", "smash", "break him" nonsense also thrown in there. Plus, he's barefoot. I hate barefoot wrestlers. Now that we've taken care of that little order of business let's talk about something else... Dem legs!!!  Got damn!!! Dat ass!!! |
