Hawks Dynasty! We'll see you soon Boston, again... I appreciate anyone who appreciates playoff hockey. It's the greatest sport on earth as far as I'm concerned and these playoffs have really delivered, especially the first round. I knew he was a fan, but I didn't realize he was going to the road games as well. I guess that's the kind of thing you can do when you're retired haha. As far as CM Punk the professional wrestler, doesn't seem like he needs it right now... Anyone else appreciate him wearing 13? Seems like if he actually were a hockey player that he'd be a perfect replacement for Carcillo haha. Nah, he couldn't be Carcillo. I actually like Punk. |

so he left wwe so he could go be a blackhawk groupie? maybe we will get an explanation from him in july when his contract is up. still a fan tho and would love to see him return.

Strange how a few months ago on Talking Dead he was referred to by his real name, but now in this he's going by his WWE name and even has Punk on his Jersey

Strange how a few months ago on Talking Dead he was referred to by his real name, but now in this he's going by his WWE name and even has Punk on his Jersey I wouldn't call CM Punk his "WWE name". He was CM Punk long before WWE. In his life, he's probably been CM Punk longer than he's been Phil and I know some of his best friends in the world call him "Punk" rather than Phil. |

Speaking of WWE they're still trying to erase him from WWE. They pretty much erased him from last years Summerslam poster, and they replaced him with Tista for the rumble poster.

He looks like he's happy & getting healthy. Yeah, I'm probably bias. But regardless as to what's happened the last 4 months, no wrestler has EVER represented Chicago like Punk has. For that, I'm grateful. |

I saw a hilarious photo online that was from that interview and the name bar instead of CM Punk it said, "Phil Brooks," and instead of WWE Pro Wrestler, it said "Guy."

While I don't miss him on TV as much as I thought I would at first(thanks to Bryan, The Shield, Cesaro & The Wyatt Family amongst others) I'd still mark out like 13 year old girl at a 1 Direction concert if he returned(imagine the pop he'd get if returned at Payback). |

was saying to my buddy, punk leaves and wwe slowly becomes the best it's been in years.
i don't think the two are really related, although i do think his departure really shook things up in terms of building new stars.
as a fan i want him back but he doesn't look like he's in a hurry and tbh he can take as long as he wants.

1. It's a hockey promotional video. Why would he talk about wrestling?
2. Why is it most fans believe that every wrestler "owes" them something? Because he left on his own terms most likely because he was unhappy, a lot of people want to act like he ditched the fans.

I think people should've known Punk didn't care about his fans long before he ever left. I love him as a wrestler, but the guy has never come off as anything less than a self-righteous prick
