I can't tell you how bad off Kurt is, but if he got surgery and can rest for the remainder of the year and pass a WWE physical I certainly wouldn't be opposed to seeing him do one last run. Do a limited schedule which will culminate into a match with Bryan at the end. Of course that's the selfish fan in me saying that.

If he passes the physical then hell yeah bring Angle on. He's not Rock he's still one of the top 5 best in the world only his body has been through hell. So much hell that he deserves one more WWE match. I don't want a Kurt Angle DVD that ends in WWECW.
He needs to come in and work Bryan or Brock one more time. Hell Kurt could get in there with Triple H and Rusev and I'd still have no problem with it. I've wanted Kurt back in the WWE since 2010 easy. He's done nothing for TNA and vice-versa since MEM.

The worst thing Angle could have done was try to train for the olympics. It deteriorated his body even quicker than it was already

Not even going to bother replying to all those who quoted me. I'm already aware of my opinion from Slappy.

What did Kurt do that destroyed his body so much? Jeeez. Drug abuse, alcohol abuse, rushing back from injuries/working through injuries. I still personally believe WWE introducing drug testing was one of the reasons Kurt just up and quit.

If RVD can pass it I'm sure Kurt Angle can well maybe it depends on how bad of shape he's in. Kurt had to use a wheelchair when over in the UK. I don't think he'll pass it. RVD isn't broken down like Kurt is either. Probably because he had a torn ACL though...

Flying to the UK and wrestling, I don't blame him for needing a wheelchair. He's broken down and needs a lot of time off to heal. But TNA being TNA will try to rush him back and he'll be ed up even worse.

I thought he'd ask for his release stating he was burnt out and couldn't handle only to show up on TNA a week later.

If Kurt wants to wrestle he'll stay in TNA because there is no way he is passing the physical test for WWE. If RVD can pass it I'm sure Kurt Angle can well maybe it depends on how bad of shape he's in. how do you figure? despite his style, rvd is still in tremendous shape for his age. he's still more flexible and agile than half of the roster...

I hate seeing that picture of Kurt in the Wheelchair. I'd like to think there's something I don't know about it though and it's not as serious as it seems.

Very jarring to see Angle in the wheelchair...don't think we'll ever see Angle back in the WWE, which is sad.

I think it's pretty sad to see Angle these days. He can still go, but the comparison to the old Angle is just something else. Guys body is a wreck and he obviously has some problems behind the scenes.
Maybe if he could get himself together for a while then we could get a short Angle/Bryan program which I have no doubt would be great.

He was one of my favorites and it saddens me to see how his body has deteriorated over time.

At this point, I don't care if Kurt Angle never returns to WWE.

All depends on whether or not WWE even want to make him an offer, between his physical health and getting into bother with DUI arrests etc, they didn't want anything to do with him the last time his contract was up.
As amazing a wrestler as he still is to this day, he pushes his body to needless limits. And he doesn't need to. We all know how excellent he is. He's got nothing to prove to anyone.
I'd love to see him in WWE again, perhaps on a limited schedule to allow his body to rest. As much as I love seeing him perform. I'd much rather see him healthy and not in a wheelchair unable to walk.

What did Kurt do that destroyed his body so much? Jeeez. Pretty much everything he's done over the last 30 years. His neck problems began when he was wrestling competitively. He tried to counter a throw by bracing himself with his head and severely injured his spine. Kurt stated that caused his first addiction to painkillers. Then came the travel and bumps of WWE, where he suffered numerous injuries and began taking as many as 80 pills a day for pain relief. At some point in WWE or TNA, he became an alcoholic. For years, I've been hoping that Kurt would retire from the biz for good. I was a fan of his before he was pro wrestler, and I don't want to see a great athlete and equally as great of an entertainer become permanently disabled.

Reading things like this and hearing these things about Kurt the feeling changes from "will he come back to the WWE" to "I hope he doesn't die soon".. Sad.

Sad. He's also had 3 DUI/DWI arrests in recent years, and those were only the times he got caught. Not only is he lucky to be alive, he's lucky he hasn't killed someone. I seriously admire the guy's skills on the mat and in the ring, but he's taken a lot of unnecessary risks.
