Dixie Carter Takes a Shot at Jim Ross

Vince was better. Vince you could clearly understand. Ross's mind didnt start to slip till the early to mid 2000s. But his commentary was God awful after his 2nd bells palsy attack.



He WAS one of the best....possibly only second to Gordon Solie, arguably better than Solie. But if you want to witness greatness in commentary, you need to listen to Ross in his WCW days. His commentary of matches like GAB Sting/Flair, Flair/Funk and Flair Steamboat were amazing. He truly brought fantastic storytelling.

Ross cant call a match anymore b/c he is too hard to understand. Commentary requires clear and distinct voices. While Michael Cole has become annoying, his voice remains clear and distinct. Ignore what he says, as its being fed to him from the back, his voice remains stellar. Whereas Ross no longer has that voice. Its muddled because of that horrible disease. IN addition, Ross has trouble keeping tabs on who is in the ring and what is going on.

100% agree that WWE fans will tell you that if they could have one person call WM, it would be Jim Ross. No doubt. Sheep have an inability to form their own opinions and just go along with the rest of the herd. Those same WWE fans would also have you believe that UT can still go, CM Punk is the best in ring worker in the world, Hogan still has 1 more match and other silliness. Ask Bret Hart if UT can still go. Ask Daniel Bryan, Prince Devitt, Hiroshi Tannhashi or Okada if CM Punk is the best in ring worker in the world. And Hogan? Thats downright laughable.

WWE does a fantastic job in marketing. Vince is a master puppeteer. He pulls the strings and thats why people buy into this stuff. Even with John Cena getting booed out of every single arena around the world.....Vince still is steadfast in keeping him THE top babyface of the company? Why? Because his merchandise sales destroy the next closest superstars. Heels dont move merchandise like that. Unpopular guys cant generate profits like that. As much as I cant stand Cena.....you cant dollars and cents.

Odds are Ross doesnt like Edge or Hardy?! WTF planet are you living on? Ross is one of the biggest supporters of Edge and really helped get him signed to WWE, as well as Jeff. Oh I get it. I've never "stalked" anyone. See stalking requires unwanted and/or dangerous desires. Since, there is none of that going on....it complete disspells your argument. But once again....nice try. And yes, I agree Dixie is VERY disconnected with pro wrestling. She is relying to heavily on people who also are disconnected and her inner circle continues to change month in and month out.

No, you're not confused. You WANT to believe that I am a WWE hater to help sell your side because your argument lacks facts and merit. So instead of attempting to present facts, you attempt to take childish shots at me because you realize how inferior your point of view is. I call it like I see it. Whether people agree with me or not. When WWE stinks....I say they stink. When TNA stinks, like they do right now, I say they stink. And when they do something great, like WWE is doing right now.....I praise them. Its called having an unbiased opinion. I want BOTH companies to succeed. Hell...I want MORE companies to become successful. The more places that are doing better business, the harder it pushes on the bigger companies to keep putting out a great product. The worst thing that happened to the hot bed of pro wrestling was WWE buying out WCW. Without competition, the boys are without choices, less opportunity and monotony takes over. There is no NEED to put out a steallar product because you have no competition to lose to.
