Not CM Punk. Leave, come back and already get the title? That's pretty much a slap in the face to Daniel Bryan in my opinion.
Im sold on Cena vs Wyatt for the title at Payback.

Wyatt seems like the easiest and best choice at the moment. Plus you have the tailor made program when Bryan comes back considering their history and Wyatt's win over him at the Rumble.

Why anyone would want Kane, the most high profile jobber of all time to hold the title is beyond me. Umm, because he has the highest tenure of anyone on the roster, he's already feuding for the title, he can still go, he's back in the ring full-time, he just main-evented a PPV for the title, everyone other believable wrestler is already committed to something else, it's been 16 years since Kane has been WWE Champion!!! The title is not a lifetime avchievement award. If that's the case put it on Henry Kane has been irrelevent for a decade

Then we can go ahead and put the final nail in Bray's coffin. Cena would never put him over for the title, nor will he even lose to Wyatt clean. I don't want Cena any where near the title, for at least the next few months, he's fine mid card for now. I wish they'd write him off, if he's gonna go in the mid card then he needs to lose, and not bury and up and comer. So either leave or start putting people over.

I think it would make sense putting the title on Kane cause they are already feuding, but I definitely agree that the title should not go to Kane. I find it hilarious how people think that because someone's been in the company for a very long time that they deserve the title. Like I said when people said the same thing about why Eric Young deserved his title, being in the company for a long time does not mean they deserve the title. In that case, why didn't Val Venis or Funaki get the title. But we'll wait and see after Thursday after his surgery to see where this leads to

Honestly, it only makes sense for it to be Triple H after the journey he had with Bryan in the first place. The money Match would be at Summerslam with Triple H vs Daniel Bryan for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

I can see Kane walking around for the next couple of months dragging the belts behind him. They could play up that Stephanie is afraid to do anything about it. Which keeps the fact that Kane injured and took out Bryan on TV fresh in people's minds.

The money Match would be at Summerslam with Triple H vs Daniel Bryan for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Why? Bryan already beat Triple H in the middle of the ring at WrestleMania. Why would repeating that at SummerSlam be a big deal at this point? HHH is also in the middle of the biggest, and best, feud on WWE TV at the moment. Evolution vs The Shield shouldn't be interrupted to stop and put the title around a nearly 45 year old Triple H, especially when HHH seems to valiantly be working to put over Roman Reigns. HHH's journey with Bryan ended at WrestleMania 30.

The title is now a joke yet again no thanks to this stupid storyline with Kane. And Bryan being injured now because of this storyline is not helping.

Bryans post WM run has been horrible. This feud with Kane is doing much more harm to him than it is doing good. The guy doesnt wrestle matches anymore on Raw, He doesnt main event Raws anymore, Nothing.

Super Cena will win of course and become a 15X World Champion. Getting closer to Ric Flair's record! Wwe will make cena surpass flair's 16x champion. I guarantee it

I'm cool with that storyline, but replace Sheamus with DOLPH ZIGGLER. Then that defeats the purpose of the champion vs champion match. I don't like a winner takes all match if one of the midcard titles will go away.

Give it to Kane to hold.
With so many could be champs. Kane becoming the annointed champ makes sense with where he is. RVD is around as a strong fan fave and history with Kane for something to bide time to get the Evolution and Shield feud to where it needs to be or they can throw Wyatt & Cena in with Kane to get the belt on either.... There's a lot of options open with Kane being given it. Brock is surely the Summerslam Title challenger, plenty of time to get it on the right man for him to go against between now and then with MITB. But give it to Kane as nobody else seems remotely interested in the belt.

I saw this on another site, but I thought it was a good idea. Split the titles again. The WWE Title goes to Orton and the World Title goes to Batista. The Evolution/Shield program can't last forever and it gives the titles to hated heels and allows for faces to chase them. That's always the best program anyway.

Id have Triple H & Steph tell him that he has to forfeit the title. Then Vince come out and over rule them saying that Bryan fought his way to the title and doesnt deserve to have it just "taken away" again. Then gives Bryan 1 week to decide what he wants to do. Vince gives him 2 option, forfeit like Triple H wants or select someone not on the active roster to defend the title for him for X amount of time he's out.
When Bryan comes back he chooses CM Punk to work his title matches. Punk retains in all matches and when Bryan comes back healthy, Punk turns heel and says he's been defending the title all these months that he's the rightful WWE Champion. That will roll us into a feud that most of us have wanted to see for the past few years, (heel) CM Punk vs (face) Daniel Bryan.

Then that defeats the purpose of the champion vs champion match. I don't like a winner takes all match if one of the midcard titles will go away. The winner gets the WWE World Title but would give up their title and someone else would win that title. So Sheamus wins, US title is vacant and someone else will win it. IC and US titles stay, just someone new will hold one of them.

Reports are that Bryan's injury is not as serious as it was played out to be on TV, and that he should be back towards the end of the summer and as of now there are no plans to strip him of the WWE title Holy crap, end of the summer is a long time for the champion to not be around...while I could possibly see it happening, if there was 2 titles like when Ziggler was world champ & got a concussion, & had the title for 2 months while he was recovering, but we still had the wwe title to make up for it. I say battle royal to determine new champ, when DB returns he automatically gets a match for title. Now if he only misses just a month or so, then keep the belt on him
