The return of Defining Moments was supposed to be a big surprise but that was obviously spoiled a bit... Glad to see most people are happy with the figure. Since this version of a Defining Moment is meant to celebrate the entire career of the Nature Boy I chose what I felt were his most iconic in ring outfit and robe. If this figure performs well expect more Defining Moments to come. It was still a big surprise. It's just you guys didn't get to give it to us. I LOVE the figure. To me this is the most iconic Flair attire because this was his galoob WCW attire, and I wore the hell out of that figure with some epic matches when I was a kid. THIS is the Flair I dreamed about. I seriously don't think you guys could go wrong reproducing the looks hasbro, LJN, and galoob made. A lot of us collectors have very fond memories of those. |

Guys really these "Proto review" vids are kinda bad. Just wait til you get the real deal in hand to make review vids. Just my two cents.

Not a huge fan of the Defining Moments thing, I don't really buy the "entire career" line. Great figure though and I'll definitely get it.
Not been online much so haven't got chance to read the thread but is this an exclusive or going to retail too?

Yeah I sorta feel like this was more "I like blue" from the Mattel. Defining Moments was always about a specific moment.

Ric wore this attire quite a bit in 1989 which was IMO was Ric's absolute peak, his matches with Funk and Steamboat in 1989 will always be some of the greatest matches I've ever seen. I believe in credit where it's due. MDT knocked this fig outta the park! |

Preordered, but I won't even have him till early August when I get back from Italy. I doubt I'll be enjoying my vacation now.
This is the most excited I've ever been for a Mattel figure. My mind is going nuts thinking about the huge Ric Flair shelf I'll eventually have with all the future Flair's Mattel will hopefully produce.

What more can you ask from Ric Flair, other than maybe a blue robe instead of black or even red instead of black, but he come with a title as well.
You guys are the forefront of whether Mattel will release DM after Flair, and you all should be very proud!
