I finally completed my custom Mordecai, but to complete him I need his cross staff.
My brother originally was going to make me one in his metal arts class in high school, but all the senior crap he had to do left him no time for such a complicated project.
So now, I am trying to figure out how to make this thing myself. I was trying to use popsicle sticks, trying to cut them cutting disks on my dremel. That didn't work too well. The sticks are too weak and keep breaking.
Any suggestions on what I could use to make this thing?
