I read the title as "Few photos of the 9/11 Muslim".

Would love to see more. I visited in April this year and saw the site of the One World Trade Center. The massive fountain pool memorials are very touching. Would love to see the museum when I go back as we missed it by about a month. Could see the massive remaining frame they have in there though.

I might check this out when I visit NYC in august.
Fair warning, if this thread turns into a bunch of conspiracy theories and fighting I will lock it.

I remember being in New York when this happened, it was surreal even though I was only 11. Anyway, I didn't know they opened a museum for it. I'd like to see more pics.

I read the title as "Few photos of the 9/11 Muslim". What a tasteless way of reading. I remember the events of that day vividly. From the time I woke up, hearing AA 11 crash into the North Tower and later UA 175 crash into the South Tower, and later the time I went to sleep. I can tell you the both the Memorial Plaza and Museum are huge. I was surprised on the amount of stuff they saved from that day. I try to head down there as much as possible. The night before I was there, I took this:

Yeah I don't know. They charge you to get in and I heard there is a nice gift shop inside. Is that true?

Yeah I don't know. They charge you to get in and I heard there is a nice gift shop inside. Is that true? The admission fee for adults is $24. Since Condé Nast (their offices will be moving into One World trade Center beginning in November 2014) paid for everybody's ticket for the first day. That is how I was able to get down there. When I saw the 9/11 Museum is offering free admission for May 21st, 2014 only, I placed my reservation soon after. As for the gift shop, it looks nice. Too bad it is within the museum itself.

I was there in 2011 and 2012. Gift shop was open but museum was not obviously. Is there an exact date of when Freedom Tower will open? It just keeps saying 2014.

As I stated before, Condé Nast will be moving into One World Trade Center (not Freedom Tower) beginning in November 2014 and concluding in February 2015. Right now, their doing the finishing touches for One WTC and the rest of the Memorial Plaza. The observation deck will be opening in the Spring of 2015. The Transit Hub and the Mall will open up in 2015 as well.

What do they sell in the gift shop? I haven't been, but I've seen the pictures. Standard gift shop fare - t-shirts, scarves, coffee mugs, keychains, etc. It's a tad unsettling, if you ask me, but I'd still like to visit. I feel like the best museums are the ones that hit you right in the chest.
