Why are they punishing him for being over?

I don't know why they won't just put him with Evolution.....
Heck, once Triple H stops wrestling and goes back to being mainly in "The Authority", why not have Flair be his evil GM (kind of like Corporate Kane was).... and he could also manage Randy Orton. I'd rather see that rather than pairing him up with The Miz....
I too like the idea of pairing him up with Ziggler - but does it really fit with Dolph's character? Ziggler is a womanizing, show stealing, blond-haired wrestler.... yea, there are shades of Ric Flair there - but why (in storyline) would Ziggler want to associate with Ric Flair?
Maybe they could bring in A.J. Styles and Flair could manage A.J......

Why try to force a manager/wrestler mix that doesn't make sense like Flair/Miz when such a natural fit is right there? Dolph Ziggler idolizes Ric Flair, his old ring name was a homage to him.

Dolph Ziggler openly supported Zack Ryder and he isn't John Cena.

I know like most of you that Flair's best days are well and truly behind him, but his name is still valuable...at least to an extent, but I don't even think it would help Ziggler at all...it may even hinder him in the long run...

Is this an old story? Didn't they already put Flair with Miz? Ziggler doesn't need anymore managers. E's insistence on having other people speak for him is what has kept him from connecting with the audience. We don't need to see Ziggler out at strip clubs with his dad. They need to follow Ziggler around every day and edit the best stuff together and show that before his match.

I really don't get the Ziggler love. He is not bad by any means but I don't think he could ever be the man. I completely agree. I enjoy Ziggler's work for the most part and he's pretty good in the ring and on the mic. I just don't see that elusive "IT" factor in him. Charismatic and athletic sure... Main eventer and world champion? I don't see that at all.

I too like the idea of pairing him up with Ziggler - but does it really fit with Dolph's character? Ziggler is a womanizing, show stealing, blond-haired wrestler.... yea, there are shades of Ric Flair there - but why (in storyline) would Ziggler want to associate with Ric Flair? i'd literally rip off how rocky acquired mickey as a boxing coach. have ziggler approach flair after a series of losses asking him for guidance, with flair saying "get outta here kid, who do you think you are" etc. then have flair happen to be on commentary or something while ziggler is having a match, and flair seems to see something in ziggler and gets quiet (cole putting it over). flair then approaches ziggler, admitting his previous ignorance, and at first reluctant ziggler concedes. then have flair say "you want guidance, kiddo? to be the man...you gotta beat (and then he points to a picture of triple h)...'THE MAN'". ziggler/hhh feud, ziggles is made and flair is relevant.

wasn't everyone crying out for Cesaro to be a new Heyman guy, and so far Paul hasnt made much difference other than getting him a new theme song and Buddy Rogers ring jacket.
Miz was built right when he was WWE champ AND they still make referance to it, he's done loads for the WWE publicity wise, I dont understand how they just dropped him like a lead weight when he lost the WWE title. I think it'd be easier to bump Ziggler up the card cause he's over, but Miz will need help
