the kickpads need cleaned up. maybe a second coat of paint. were they done in sharpie? You need to work on your paint thickness. On the kickpads, the blue is way too thin and the white on the pants seems way too thick. And your lines are all kind of sloppy.

Uhh.... It looks OK. The painting is pretty sloppy (and this is coming from someone who struggles at painting straight lines and stuff. You need to clean up stuff like the white on the top of the side logo. Also, the kick pads definitely could use another layer of blue. It's definitely not bad, but it just doesn't look like a complete effort. |

The painting needs tidying up. Use tape to keep the paint straight. The boots need more coats too. Add a drop of water to thin your paint and keeping adding new coats until the solid look is achieved. Take your time as well, that looks extremely rushed. Also, is it just me or are the boots on the wrong legs? Go away. |

Bad torso choice, sorry to say.
If this is your first ever custom, then I guess it's an okay start. The Kickpads are very sloppy, as are the tights. Work on cleaning those up.

The upper body looks pretty good. I'd recommend grabbing an Elite Evan Bourne to use for the upper body. Has his ripped torso, as well as the arm bands and wrist tape already painted... so you could just use those and paint over it.
As for the lower body, the paint is just extremely sloppy. Gotta clean up those lines. Take your time, or use a smaller brush/toothpick. Even if you want, you can use a pencil to drawn out the design, then paint over it... which is basically coloring in lines. The kick pads definitely need another layer of blue, as already mentioned.
Again, just take your time and focus on keeping the lines straight and the paint job clean.

I do know how a good custom looks since I make some customs. Also I don't think sharpie would look awesome on a figure. Don't know why you are complaining over my opinion. |

"That's awesome" or "Looks good" are simply spam. If you can't explain what looks good, or what could help make it look better... you're just leaving lazy/half added replies. Notice how everyone left some sort of advice, or constructive criticism to help the OP turn out better work in the future. A couple of members in which are respected members of the custom board, because they contribute and help other members. Maybe it's just the "old way" this forum used to be, but just like you're entitled to "just like something"... I'm entitled to criticize that. I'm not trying to argue this, as we see eye-to-eye. Just stating my opinion on the matter.
