...they're broken up into sets of 4 because that's the "bracket"...not that you have to choose 1 out of the 4. Each character is paired with the one across from them.

Just thought I'd let ya know. I'll wait to count yours if you just wanna edit the post you've already made.

How'd you do the seeding?

The entire thing I did in an NCAA style bracket...which is why you'll note the "powerhouses" are #1 n #2 seeds...

I based it on general assumed popularity. How frequently they show up across various media, if they're consistent in movies, etc...

And went from there. Obviously a few may have been misplaced here and there (in hindsight, I probably wouldn't have placed Iron Man as a 5 seed, again)

But -- that's how the tournament works out every year. Always a few that warrant a debate on placement.

The next time I do one, I'll be a lot more specific on characters allowed etc, too. Gave a LOT of freedom (basically first come, first serve) for entrants.
