Steve Balmer just bought the Clippers for 2 billion dollars so that got me thinking, couldn't someone rich just buy the WWE from McMahon outright?
Wrestling was never meant for kids, wrestling should be and only be meant for adults. Sure most of you guys were probably kids back during the Attitude era, but that was prior to the technology era. The attitude era generation of kids are nothing like kids today.
We need an owner who is not all about profit but about entertainment. We need someone who willing to spend money on good wrestling product because they enjoy it, they enjoy the Attitude Era. Cut down on the number of shows, hell just have one RAW show is enough so that wrestlers will have no limits to what they want to do in the ring. Make John Cena a heel and cuss and f-bomb the kids saying that his statement "Rise Above Hate" was nothing more than a charade to get on Vince good side.
For those of you say that the Attitude era is the past and agree with me that the PG Era is nothing compare to the Attitude Era yet you continue to be die-heart devoted WWE fan, what does that make you? Your supporting exactly what you should not be supporting.
For those who like the new WWE PG, well I guess this thread don't really apply to you.

If that were to happen it would be the most shocking thing in wrestling history.

Well it's Vince's company so unless he chooses to sell it, no one can buy it. Also wrestling was definitely made for kids. Look at the 80s, wrestling is good vs evil and it's targeted demographic is definitely kids. Now there are exceptions but there are so many different types of wrestling besides WWE,TNA and ROH.
Edit: Your plan would bankrupt WWE in a month, cut down the shows, exposure and $$$ then what a feud involving cursing and tweeners who are serious and do a ton of pile drivers right?

The Mcmahons will never sell the WWE. It's worth more than any amount of money that they could ever spend.

The company is their life, there's no way they'd sell it.

Yes, Lets make wrestling JUST like that.... Then come to the internet and bitch when there's no more wrestling around because its lost all of its sponsors, television contracts and every company has gone belly up. While we're at it, the NFL should start using footballs that explode... PG!

It would never ever happen.
If the WWE ever leaves the McMahon family (Triple H included) the professional wrestling business might as well just end.
I don't care how out of touch McMahon is. Time and time again he proves he is the only person that is capable of running a successful wrestling company in the states.
Anyone buying the WWE instantly makes NJPW the number one company in the world IMO. I don't see anyone other than Vince and Triple H capable of controlling the company without it becoming a shell of itself or going out of business.

Vince won't step away conpletly until he croaks. I hit the wrong button but anyway if you took you blinders off you'd see the Shield consistently putting on top notch matches, you'd see a decent to good matches from, Cesaro,Sheamus,Barrett,Ziggler ,etc.

I'm sure plenty of people have the money to. But that doesn't mean they'd really be able to buy it.

Watch Total Divas if you want to see Cena a heel. You sound like someone stuck in the past.

There's tons of people who have more money than Vince McMahon, in fact he's losing millions by the day it seems. But the the bottom line is that you can't buy something that's not for sale....

I know the WWE is not for sale but it would be groundbreaking otherwise. However since it not for sale, couldn't someone rich build their own wrestling company from the ground up? How come in the past we have WCW, ECW, and WWF, but now we only have TNA and WWE? If someone bought TNA, I would be happy as well as TNA can't seem to get up in ratings.
Couldn't someone make up a wrestling brand like say NWC (Next Wrestling Championship) or something.

Easier said than done. Unless it was an offer than the McMahon's couldn't refuse, then it's not going to happen.
