The only difficult (?) thing would be getting the question mark on there. Try and match the question mark as close as possible. For reference:  |

Have no idea why you would want this, but, uh, it's easy enough that you could make it yourself. Crack the torso off of the crotch, Spraypaint the upper body, seal it, take the legs out, remove the boots, do the same as you did for the upper body to the legs. Use an Austin body, as he's the most generic looking Elite I can think of in black tights.
