I don't understand how out of ALL the divas, how the hell did they choose Aksana to go? And how the hell did Tyson Kidd survive the axe? Why hate on Kidd he is doing awesome in NXT! Not hate. He hasn't been on Raw or SD in god knows how long, and yet Drew and Jinder got the ax over him.

It seems that if a superstar/diva is being used on NXT in a prominent role then they are safe as well. If I were to fear for people like Kidd and Gabriel (read spoilers) I'd be scared after their NXT pushes went no where. That is what happened to Brodus at least. He got a little run as # 1 contender and after that now he is gone to save dolphins.

Drew McIntyre? Sorry for the double post, but this made me laugh so hard. Made me cry.

I'm not an Aksana fan by any stretch and I don't consider her hot, but she wouldn't have been the first diva I cut. However, with Rosa Mendes joining Total Divas for some dumb reason, they weren't going to release her. Alicia Fox has a character so they kept her. Due to Total Divas, useless girls like Mendes and Cameron survive. Off the top of my head, Aksana was the worst Diva available to cut.

The only Total Divas that I like having around are Summer Rae and Natalya. Even though Natalya has a sense of entitlement she can be counted on for pretty good matches.

if you REALLY look at the names we lost yesterday, i dont know how anyone could be surprised at any of the guys besides Drew & Jinder
Everyone else has pretty much not done anything of use on RAW or Smackdown or Main Event or PPV in over 2 years. Sure Yoshi jobbed to Barrett once....um, but yeah. There's like nothing at all
Jinder & Drew was a complete shock because for the last 4 months or so 3MB has been doing something on either (or both) RAW & Smackdown. Jobbing or not, they have at least been as prominent as Fandango, Santino...any of those mid-card guys. So to have BOTH just gone is an odd move indeed.

Don't forget Trinity, she's one of the better divas.

he's another one though....when is the last time he had a match on RAW or Smackdown? Brodus was actually doing fine, him & Tensai could have been a great tag team....but then they debuted Woods, gave Woods Clay's theme (with no explanation) they lost a bunch, Clay turned on Tensai, squashed Woods & Truth like twice, and I don't think we saw him again at all. Easily the most bizarre thing, ever.
what im saying is that a lot of times when wrestlers are released like this it's "dead weight" meaning guys who just haven't been doing ANYTHING in a long time. Not guys who are a regular part of the weekly TV shows
my guess is that both Drew & Jinder's contracts were up and they chose not to renew them. Maybe it just worked out that they both signed around the same time.

I know he hasn't been on Raw or Smackdown in forever, but he had been on NXT recently and even wrestled for the NXT Championship and had an angle where he knocked out Adrian Neville's teeth.

Pretty upset to hear about JTG. He was talented. They should've let him go years ago so he could've succeeded elsewhere with more youth left.

Quite a few guys that WWE entirely dropped the ball on, who could have gone onto be great. Evan Bourne, Drew McIntyre, Yoshi Tatsu (okay, he may not have been able to be one of the greats, but he could have been a lot better than he was). The most disappointing release by far is Bourne. Between the time he injured his foot and when I stopped watching wrestling a couple months ago, I'd been waiting and waiting for his return. He was definitely one of the most exciting wrestlers to watch, and I believe that the WWE missed a huge opportunity by not utilising his full talents. As for Drew McIntyre, he was great when he debuted up until he started appearing mainly on Superstars. When he was made a part of 3MB and turned into a complete joke, that was just the lowest blow.
