Of the current wrestlers and other staff, I'd have to go with announcer JBL. We have Lawler, BAF Cole, and BAF JR so JBL is the next logical choice for a suited announcer figure.
Of all stars ever, I say Magnum TA, Barry Windham, or JYD. Of course, if we actually do get Barry Windham, then we must also get a JJ Dillon to complete the Four Horsemen. JJ can even double as a Monday Night Wars era figure since he was an authority figure for WCW during that era.
