Because Velvet Sky can really say.. Velvet, along with Sam Shaw, Abyss, Manik and a few others. Has Sam Shaw ever wrestled in a 6 sided ring? I'm forced to wonder. And no, Velvets testament doesn't fill me with conviction.

But Aries (Austin Star) was around for years during the 6 Sided days. I'd take his word over anyone on that kinda topic. I'd like to see Samoa Joes take.

If the six sided ring does return, it's gonna take time for everyone there to adjust working in a six sided ring.
I don't think the six sided ring is much of a lucha libre thing. The only lucha promotion I've seen use the six sided ring was AAA and they mostly use it for their special events like TripleMania, Rey de Reyes, etc. They still use the four sided ring for their TV tapings. Unless I'm wrong, I don't think I've seen a lot of lucha promotions use the six sided ring regularly. If there is, someone tell me.

I'm with you it will take time and also I don't think many lucha libre places use it either.

I think because people saw AAA use it, it gave that stigma that the six sided ring was a lucha libre thing, when in reality TNA used as a regular thing while AAA only used it for special events, so I would it's safe to say the six sided ring is mostly a TNA thing.

The 6 sided ring was (and still is) stupid. But nostalgia is the bane of good, progressive wrestling. It's kinda like how if you give the fans a chance to vote for the Attitude era to come back it would be voted back in no time despite the fact it would be an absolutely awful idea.

Considering the voting ended at midnight, you'd think it wouldn't be that hard to have a paragraph ready to be posted on time. Maybe they've decided to switch to Axl Time...
