Mattel Design Team recently posted:
"Intersting logic leap there. No Hogan in Elite 32."
So does this mean Hogan will not be released till Elite 33? or is he going to be released in a Defining Moments Line like Ric Flair? or Is his first figure going to be in the Fall as a Road to Wrestlemania type figure (aka Rock in Dress Pants}?
We probably will get the answer by SDCC...but just interested in what everyone elses thoughts are

My money's on Defining Moments. If Flair warrants a special release like that, I'm sure Hogan will too.
Maybe DM Wrestlemania 3 Hogan and RSC Exclusive Hollywood Hogan?

I'm willing to bet tht his first "current" look is like the rock you mentioned. If we're getting out first Mattel Flaur as an exclusive, it's possible or Hogan I get his first figure as an exclusive as well.

I bet we get Hogan DM later this year and then get Hogan and Flair in the Elite line soon with possibly RSC exclusives for both next year.

I can see Hogan being the next DM after Flair. Then Sting following after that.
Mattel had to have known they had some heavy hitters coming up to revitalize the DM line.

I'm leaning towards 80s Hogan Flashback and then a DM pimped out nWo figure.

His first figure since his return to WWE, might actually be the POP Vinyl that is being released in September

Wasn't that Flair already pre-made and then he left the company? so why would they repackage it? You just know if Jeff Hardy came back his Elite 1 figure would be at every TRU in the country. Why would they start reproducing figures in Defining Moments for no reason?

It's got to be a DM Hogan from WM3 to match Andre (take your pick on which one). Accessories will be headband, t-shirt, and of course that HUGE WWE title!

I can definitely see DM Hogan, but not WM3. That would mean that matty would have to produce the 86/87 wwf world belt and IMO I dont see that happening.

It can be easily made to say WWE rather than WWF. That's why I think it will be a DM option though due to the cost of the belt and not being able to recycle it with other figures since Hogan was the only to have it!

we got Foley 9 months after his return
Brock in 8 months
RVD in 7 1/2 months
Wouldn't you think Hogan is important enough for them to rush him out quicker than they did Brock, Foley or RVD?
I'm shocked he's not in Elite 30-32
The only explanation, is the return of the Defining Moments series. I'm guessing we get a DM Hogan in September/October

Yeah, Hulk Rules Hogan with a winged eagle and perhaps a repainted Macho Man's bandana sounds more Mattel-like.
