If i want to change some parts of the figures bodies do i just rip it right off or is there a certain process? Thanx

to remove arms on the ball joints run them under hot running water i mean hot not warm and the arms should pop off but if you want to crack the torso open you can also put it under hot water and after a 1 minute or 2 under the water get a flat head screw driver put it between the ball joint and the torso and pop open the torso and do what ever swap you are wanting to do...

Ugh, I hate using water. If you don't want to risk yourself getting burned, you can use a hairdryer and while swaying back and forth over the desired area (head, arms, legs). Do that until the plastic becomes soft and gently pull the limb off.
