If you mean house show then no, but live on PPV yes. I witnessed Eric Young win the Global Title and British Invasion win the Tag Titles.

I saw a title change that would shape the Attitude Era in many ways, although I had no idea of the match's significance at the time. It was WCW Fall Brawl 1994, where Hacksaw Duggan pinned Steve Austin in 35 seconds to win the US title. This set a series of events in motion which led to Austin leaving the company. We all know how that turned out.

Are we talking about just any show or specifically an un-televised event? Obviously haven't seen any of those because they are quite rare. I know I didn't see a title change hands on either of the PPVs I went to, and I'm not really sure about the couple Smackdown tapings I've seen. Most likely not.

No, but I saw R-Truth become #1 contender for the WWE Title, the in-ring debut of El Torito, the in-ring debut of Sin Cara, and the retirement of Edge all live!

I've seen a lot of them over the years. I've probably forgotten about more than I remember.

Only Indy shows, and not even a big Indy show.

I've seen the Prime Time Players win the Tag Titles in Lexington, KY. I can't remember from which team. The decision got reversed soon after.

This thread confuses me.
But...off the top of my head...
I saw Jericho win the world title during the Unforgiven scramble match. I also saw John Morrison win the IC title from Rey Mysterio.

Also went to Night of Champions 2013. Saw Bryan win only to be stripped the next day. They should of just let Bryan keep it and stop the feud there... the next couple months were so bad.

If you mean house shows, the Hardcore Title changed hands like six times during a match at a house show I was at in 2001. Of course, it ended up back with the original Champion by the time the night was over.
As far as title changes in general, let's see...
Crash Holly wins the Hardcore Championship from Pat Patterson (King of the Ring 2000) The Rock wins the WWF Championship from Triple H (King of the Ring 2000) The Dudley Boyz win the WWE Tag Team Championship from William Regal and Lance Storm (Royal Rumble 2003) John Cena wins the United States Championship from The Big Show (Wrestlemania XX) Chris Benoit wins the World Heavyweight Championship from Triple H (Wrestlemania XX) Rosey & The Hurricane win the World Tag Team Championship from Tajiri & William Regal (Backlash 2005)
I think that may cover it.

At a House Show? Nah. At an actual televised event? I saw the New Age Outlaws win the tag titles. The reaction was INSANE. Was awesome.

Some of the more important ones I can think of off the top of my head:
CM Punk defeats Alberto Del Rio to win the WWE Championship [Survivor Series 2011, start of the 434 Day Reign] Chris Benoit winning the World Heavyweight Championship [WrestleMania XX] Shawn Michaels winning the World Heavyweight Championship and the first EC [Survivor Series 2002] Saw both the Rock and John Cena win the Royal Rumble if that counts
I've seen plenty of minor titles change hands too.

Many at the various PPVs I've been to. I like ranking a "surprise" title win. I saw Randy Savage beat Ric Flair at Mania 8 for the world title. I just came out of nowhere and was unexpected.
