Maven could work for Homicide, Rocky Romero, Big Vito (with painted skintone) and maybe Dave Chappelle.
Old Cena- Nick Mondo
Rosey- Maybe Samoa Joe
Matt- Vito Thomaselli, maybe Dave Prazak
Kidman- If it's new scan- Chandler McClure, Sandman, maybe Owen Hart
Bisch- Honky Tonk man, Matt sydal with modding
Chavo- Armando Alejando Estrada, Sonjay Dutt
Orton- Mike Quackenbush
Haas- Chris Hero, Alex shelley, Vampiro
All of those need some modding but that is what I got from the list.

biscoff would make a kick ass hector garssa umnmmm....batista would make a good super crazy and.....hbk could make a good jeff hardy.....edge could make an ok sandman....and maven could make a realy good juvi...thats all i can think of

Maven - I used it to make Homicide
Cena - pretty much any generic short-haired wrestler (i.e., Matt Striker)
kidman - if it is the first one, I think it might work for Jimmy Rave
chavo - Sonjay Dutt, Armando
Orton - Austin Aries, Roderick Strong
Edge - C.M. Punk
Haas - Alex Shelley
HBK - Chris Sabin (old look)
