Gah, don't use water like most will tell you. Instead, use a hairdryer.
Head: Using hairdryer, heat the whole head (all the way around, so the heat goes through to the center). Gently pull (with a little force) and the head should come off.
Arms: Same as head. Heat all the way around the arms. Gently pull, and the arms will come off.
Hands with wrist: same as before. Heat around the wrist though. Pull off by the wrist, not the hand.
Hands without wrist: There's a pin at the wrist. Heat around that. Using a precision screwdriver, carefully push the pin out. Hand will be released from the arm.
You'll know when it's ok to pull on the desired part. The limb will become soft. To correct it, either run it under cold water through the faucet or stick it in the freezer for a minute (preferred). If you stick it in the freezer, let it sit for a minute outside of the freezer so it can thaw.

Just incase, if your talking about removing the arms at the shoulders you will need to split the torso. If your just doing it from the elbow then the heating method will work. If you try to pull to seperate from the shoulder youll break the entire figure...At least i did
