if you mean ra heads just take it in your hands and pull it back and it should pop off.

Take your thumb, place it under the chin, and push up on the head. That should work it most cases.
Some heads (like CS heads) will be a little more difficult to pop off. You may have to use a flathead screwdriver to pry off the head. Sometimes you might have to put the head under some hot running water before using your thumb/screwdriver to pop it off.
