While it would seem inevitable at some point, and thus obvious, there is already said to be talk within WWE about plans for a reunion of The Shield in late 2015 or early 2016.
The motivation behind the talks was long-term planning, where it was pointed out how successful reunions in the past have done, such as D-Generation X.
The idea is to keep Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins apart as far as any kind of unity from now until then, building to an eventual alignment down the line.

I say have a new dominant group in several years and when they're cutting a promo about how nobody can stop them, The Shield's music hits and they come down from the stands all decked out in their Shield gear ready to kick some ass lol.

Too soon imo. Only way this works is if its for them to reunite against a common threat or new faction. I just don't see it happening until (at the very earliest) late 2016 or early 2017. But that is just purely me basing it off of a decent amount of time for them to be split.

Nice, this gives me hope WWE won't drop them in a couple of months time, just up to them not to mess up I guess That's what I'm taking away from this as well. Whether you like the idea or not is irrelevant. What is important is that WWE is committed to them to the point where we are talking about a major re-uniting in 2016, a couple of years from now. With that being said... it does seem too soon haha. I guess it's all relative to what they will be doing and why they need to get back together. |

If nothing else, they at least have long term plans for these guys and hopefully they all stick around. I just wish that the WWE was higher on Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins than they are on Roman Reigns.
