I don't know if this applies to all suited figures but my RA14 Ric Flair has a TTL Style head pin that sticks out of the neck and I want to put a different head on it, how do i do this?

Take out the pin.

you could either take out the pin or get another RA14 head

Does the pin come out easily after boiling?

try boiling that part for maybe 1 minute or so then take plyers and pull the peg out.
