Animal is Perfect! Luger is too! Hawk would be , except for the scan. The tongue is what would of made it perfect.

I love Animal's torso change. I do wish they left Hawk's torso like Legends 1 and just gave him larger arms/shoulders. Still he looks great. Glad I preordered Hawk and Animal, but wish I preordered Lex as well. I just wish Mattel went the extra mile and re molded Animal new wrist gauntlets. All in all, I'm F'N excited for this series. |

I'd love to get LOD and Luger but im afraid its too late to start collecting legends now and having to pay the prices for back collecting.

Animal: not sure about torso choice. Looks good, but scale wise might be too big. Sheik or Hacksaw torso i might prefer. Don't like painted tights onto bare legs. When i think of LOD....Animal should have the white face paint. Looks like they changed his skintone to white instead of tan? But overall....its much better looking than the crappy Legends version.
Hawk: Tongue out scan would've been cool. I thought the torso on the last one was fine
Lex: best in set
Batista: kinda lame. He hasn't worn boots in 4 years. Kinda looks like he has a ginger five o clock shadow?
Brock: best current brock so far.
Ryback: still hate the torso. i guess the vest is cool. shirts wrong. bleh. I feel like there hasn't been a good Ryback figure yet.
Jake/Dean: pretty sure its a made up attire...which im not a fan of. Snake looks cool.
Xavier/Truth: Truths scans awesome. Woods looks decent. Except his facial hairs completely wrong. He debuted with a mustache...and now has a beard. He must've had this goatee in NXT when he was scanned

So, Batista. I really want to like it but it's not an instant WOW. I think I like this head sculpt without facial hair paint the best out of his recent figures.
It bugs me that five figures in E30 share the same two torso molds between them. Looks so boring on the shelf! Normaly I would try to cover that with a cloth shirt or something, but then his awesome tattoos get lost.
Also, did anyone notice his enormous upper arms? Bigger than anyone in this series and much bigger than his B42. I guess that adds a little variance to the shelf again.
Very happy with Lex, this boxed pic convinced me fully!
Kudos to Mattel for that clever use of accessoriesI on Ryback, the vest helps hide the fact that they are still not willing to give him a bigger torso. Maybe I could even put both shirt and vest on him simultanously for additional bulk.
All in all an exceptionally well done Elite set imo!

They look great. Wish they could of threw in the classic tag titles with LOD. Mattel said don't get mad for everything getting leaked but these were released by RSC. Hopefully they have more stuff to show at sdcc.

Really wish they would have waited until E31 for Batista. That one-off attire just sucks. Hope the next one has the orange/purple designs and shoes or whatever the hell he wore this year.

hawk looks awesome, especially appreciate that its a new combination of parts, usually when they use the triple h torso, they also use the triple h arms to go with it, but here they've made the effort to give him different arms, thats awesome!

I cannot wait for LOD and Luger! Sure we could of hoped for new scans...but they look amazing!!! So glad animal has the new torso!!!!!!! Great job mattel! I don't collect basics...but i might make an exception for Jake the snake!
