i've seen a bunch of customs using the old OSTFM ECW heads on RA bodies and i was hoping someone could explain the transfer process to me. i can't find WWF RA head sculpts that i like for shane douglas, chris candido, balls mahoney, and sandman, and would prefer to use the old ECW fig heads. problem is, i'm almost clueless, and i'm afraid i'll mess 'em up. much karma to anyone who helps.

well, its the same process you would do for wcw figs. take off the head, hollow out the middle, and superglue it on to the neck. look in the FAQS post to find out how to hollow heads if you dont know how

Superglue? :/
Cut the head off of the body. Using a dremel, hollow out the inside (where the neck goes is just fine, but make sure you hollow out enough). Using a 2 part epoxy, fill the hollow almost full. Stick the head on the neck peg.
After that process, you'll want to be sure to move the head so it doesn't set on the neck. This way, you'll still have neck articulation.

thanks for the help dude, but i still have a few issues w/ the process: 1) what is a dremel? 2) what is "2 part epoxy?" 3) should i use the RA neck peg and hollow the head out enough to fit on it or should i fashion a new peg from epoxy? 4) how long should i wait before i begin to move the head?

1. These are dremels (click for link). You can get one for around $10-15 at Wal-Mart. 2. 2 part epoxies are great. It's like putty. There's part A and part B. Keep them seperated until you're ready to use it. You mix them together and then use like you would use any other sculpting compound. 3. Use the RA neck peg. Until you get the hang of epoxy putty, you don't want to try and fashion something spectacular out of it. 4. About 5 minutes. Don't jerk on the head; move it like you would a regular RA head/neck combo. The head shouldn't become loose or come off. If you happen to have extra putty sticking out from under the head, you can trim that off and discard.
