Yeah, fine detail brush works well, and it's also a nice effect to use little paint on the brush, and then wet it. Then dry it a bit. It sounds odd to do that, but it thins out the paint without it being too watery, and it looks good as a tattoo cause it's faded and light. Looks very realistic. Best thing is, with it nice and light, you have the oppurtunity to darken it more if you please. But the technique is somewhat hard with very very fine detail work, for example CM Punk's "STRAIGHTEDGE" tattoo. A steady hand is a major asset.

ya but I am doing a homicide custom and he has really small details on him.but where would I find a fine detail brash. and how small?
