Did you tell them to make sure the card is mint? The usually put a note on your order. Before it shipped the first time I did. Then when I called Customer Service I said the same thing that I'm a collector and I want it in perfect condition. Same size box. Same problem. I don't think its the box size, I just think its Amazon. I ordered two Mankinds and a couple books, it was in a good size box with room and both cards were jacked up. I don't care much because I bought them to open anyways. But based on there being a ton of MOC issues, it's either Amazon or the crazy journey from Mattel to retail this figure had to take.

I bet those little pieces of hair would be a pain to find if they ever got lost. That hair is getting lost man. I promise you that.

I've had to send a ton back to amazon for damaged cards. Its tough ordering online for a MOC collector lol. The best way I've found is order it by itself so nothing else bangs against it, but that isn't always going to solve it. They just throw a few air pillows in the box and ship it out

I just got mine today. Shipping box was perfect size with about a quarter of an inch gap all around and plastic air bubbles on top. Still had a significant bend in the top right corner. Probably before it was ever put in the box. Mines coming out of its shell anyways, but i can tell you they were prolly bent on their way to amazon distribution plants and not by amazons shipping

I put him through a bump test haha stayed in well and since I don't play with my figures, guess I don't have to worry about losing the hair piece but if I were to, someone in my house hold would think it's a piece of crap.
