I'm still irritated that a part-timer ender the streak (and in a mediocre match nonetheless); someone new could have used the massive heat that would have followed. That being said, since things are as they are, a Lesnar title reign does make sense.

Yes to get the title off Cena No because it gets Cena closer to 16

I would literally rather see anybody else - ANYBODY ELSE - hold the title than Cena at this point.

Under no circumstances do I want Lesnar to be WWE champion ever again. But, it's going to happen whether I like it or not, so the best I can hope for is an extremely short run with the belt that culminates in him putting over a deserving young talent.

Anyone that doesn't want Brock Lesnar to become the WWE World Heavyweight Champion at this moment in time is just pure and simply trying to be smart and sound clever. Just enjoy it for what it is, it's probably the last time we will see it. We are in a period of transition right now, with Punk, Bryan, Batista all out, and the incentive clearly trying to build for the future with Reigns, Wyatt etc. Their time is still to come, they have years to come. It's very rare a Talent like Brock Lesnar comes along, and right now all we have is a stale Title Scene with Cena, Kane, Orton etc. It will be great seeing Brock Lesnar take the strap for a bit.

Yes...Ive wanted Brock to be "the man" for WWE since his debut. I wish he never would have left and became what Cena has become (as the face of the company) Never would've happened, he didn't have the attitude for it. He's not the kind of guy to work 300+ days a year, getting up at 5am to do media interviews with no bitching, fly back from wrestling in Japan to go straight to an MSG show etc. The talking ability always harmed Lesnar as a full-time wrestler too. Brock's current schedule is perfect.

I wasnt for Rock getting the belt when he beat Punk but at least Rock has other obligations that he doesnt come around for. I used to like Brock, but after they invested everything into him and he just decided to leave, it left a bad taste in my mouth. Lesnar works X amount of dates because he simply doesnt want to. Why should somebody who just doesnt want to be here get the Streak AND the title?

Brock as WWE World champion would rule. Heyman killer promos everywhere.

I say go ahead and give Brock the title for a while until hopefully Daniel Bryan returns healthy. Anything is better than another boring Cena or Orton title run. Unlike Rock's part-time championship run, we can at least count on weekly live segments with Heyman to propel story lines so the title doesn't get completely forgotten between PPV matches.

When Brock returned a few years back I wanted Cena to defeat him so badly. And I was trilled with the outcome of that match.
Two years later... It's time for Lesnar to win the WWE World title. His win over Taker elevated him to the point that it has to happen.

I don't have really strong feelings one way or another. He's not overexposed like the other aging main-eventers, but he's not exactly the fresh face that WWE needs in the spotlight right now.
