His short push in 1999 is the only chance he got but I don't think he did good with it. King of the Ring 1999 was awful and his stuff with the Rock was poop. But hey, it's our opinions. |

He never got much of a chance. His short push in 1999 is the only chance he got but I don't think he did good with it. King of the Ring 1999 was awful and his stuff with the Rock was poop. But hey, it's our opinions. He had plenty of singles matches throughout 98 and 99 that were great. He had all the potential in the world, but he was not ready to go toe-to-toe with The Rock, especially on the mic. |

The Rock could very well be the best mic worker of all time. They booked that feud so wrong for Billy by trying to have him outwit The Rock. That wasn't going to happen. I have a feeling that even Road Dogg would have struggled in the same position. |

Amongst the folks listed I see Rick Rude & Owen Hart....I don't think anybody underrates either performer.

Lance Storm, he should have been on SmackDown having bust ass matches with Kurt, Benoit, Los Guerreros, Mysterio, Edge, Brock, etc.
William Regal, amazing performer, though it's kinda his own fault that his push died.
Tensai, guy was good, could have been WHC or IC, atleast.
For current roster, Rybaxel and Fandango.
