Source: Wrestling Inc- WWE officials reportedly recently told Cesaro to quit doing his Cesaro Swing move because of how it was getting over with the fans.

Hey what gives, that Cesaro swing was giving the guy Cesaro swag. WWE ruins everything

I figured he stopped doing it so when he went face, he would hit Heyman with it and the fans would pop huge.
But now that he's not with Heyman, with no real blow off from that, it feels like again another sweet WWE angle ruined because of the awesome creative writing team.

As much I like the sound of a Cesaro/Heyman pairing, they really should've kept him face after WrestleMania. Or at least book the pairing better, he didn't start acting like his own heel until a month ago. People say being a Paul Heyman Guy is a deathwish nowadays, but the booking s up everyone not named Brock Lesnar or CM Punk. Ryback and Axel spent months getting their asses kicked by an injured CM Punk, while Cesaro stood around for a few months doing nothing.

This isn't news. This was reported months ago, and makes perfect sense. You don't get a guy over as a heel by giving him babyface moves. WWE wrestlers too often try to be "cool" heels and do cool moves, which makes them useless heels.

He shouldve said he wasnt a Zeb Colter guy he was his own man. So then he could be his own man/a face.

He shouldn't be a damn heel in the first place.

He shouldn't be a damn heel in the first place. Boom. Hit the nail on the head. His moveset is great for a face. Not only does the swing get a huge pop but his incredible displays of power have to get pops too. A fan can't help but cheer when he slams Big Show, lifts Khali for the Neutralizer or gives John Cena one of the best superplexes of all time.

So you're telling me that if you take away a wrestler's manager, his most over move and his awesome theme song, he is going to lose steam? Why does everyone else in the world but the WWE see this?

So you're telling me that if you take away a wrestler's manager, his most over move and his awesome theme song, he is going to lose steam? Why does everyone else in the world but the WWE see this? I think the reason the WWE paired Cesaro with Paul Heyman was to keep Heyman on TV during Brock Lesnar's absences. Unlike Lesnar, Heyman works full-time in the WWE and I think the WWE Creative wanted Heyman to brag about Lesnar ending Undertaker's WrestleMania win streak. In other words, the WWE is more interested in Lesnar than they are with Cesaro. Just my two cents.

He shouldn't be a damn heel in the first place. This. He turned face at Wrestlemania only to turn heel (I think, still not quite sure) the next night on Raw. Horrible booking.

It's a damn travesty that Cesaro didn't stay Face after Mania. He should of feuded with Swagger, beat him at Extreme Rules, Cesaro Swinged Colter, then move up the card progressively.

I haven't been more pissed off at anything wrestling related since the burial of Ryback. This is straight ed. That moment at WMXXX with him lifting the Big Show over his head and tossing him over the top rope with thousands of fans JUMPING out of their seats in the background will forever live in my memory. Why are they trying to taint it? Why did they Cesaro up so bad? He should be wrestling Brock at SSlam for the belt. Instead he will be lucky to have a match on Raw next week. And if he does he'll surely lose.

Good ol' WWE, if you don't get fed to Cena then you just get booked into angles with no pay off.

When initially got paired with Heyman, i thought it was a plan to a big face turn against Brock.....ie gets tired of being placed below lesnar, challenges for the title against lesnar but ultimately loses, but becoming a crowd favourite in the process, leading to a solid run....alas not to be
