I don't know what you're talking about honestly. Why are you offended? [snip] It's complicated. I'm offended because I love TNA, and this is what I get in the terms of a collection, an empty lot? I had hopes for this line at first; but seeing that no one gave a crap about the organization, including Jakks that use to push out more WWE figures within a months worth than Mattel, is a freak'n insult to me. Retail saw no results, gave 'em the boot, and Jakks gave up too easily after 3 waves. Instead of going back and trying something else that could regain retail interest in the TNA brand, Jakks continues to use old molds and releases their figures to online sites as a last alternative for double of what they'd cost at retail. You don't just quit at first strike, you pick up that bat and you swing for that baseball again and again. If I was running Jakks, which I'm not, I'd try to beg for one more opportunity at retail with a different source of material, not the same old rehashed crap they've been using for years. Like I said before, they've got an advantage, use it. Use that Real Scan Technology to it's fullest like you did once with that short lived R3 tech line, stop being lazy over there, Jakks. You wanna know why your TNA figures didn't sell, Jakks? You don't change with the times, it's not TNA's (by name) fault, it's yours. And this is my complicated reason on why I hate Jakks Pacific and pretty much their TNA toys. I agree with you.We still have so many outdated superstars like bobby roode,madison rayne,Etc.We still haven't gotten a 4 sided ring,No KOs Title.They haven't updated the tna belt itself its just really a bunch of crap there producing. |

How is Jakks almost hitting rockbottom? Their UFC line is outselling Mattel WWE. In what universe? I don't even know what Jakks is doing anymore. THey dropped UFC and are focused on what now? 50 inch toys that 1 or 2 people want? Then they barely have time to make a tna figure that, even though they use the same parts over and over and over again, takes them nearly half a year to get a new set out. Where exactly is there focus anymore. I like the TNA jakks figures but man they've been embarassing since losing WWE. Agreed. Can anyone confirm this!? I really doubt that UFC figures sell better than wwe figures. I don't even see UFC figs in stores anymore. My point is that jakks was at one time a reputable company largely in part to the wwe line. However, they now have fallen from grace. They are nowhere even close to where they used to be. |
