| WWE Main Event - September 4, 2013 - Minneapolis, MN - Target Center (#049) | TOP STORIES - This week's edition of Main Event kicked off strong, as the theme of Wade Barrett hit to set the Target Center off into outrage. After what occurred last Friday night on SmackDown and everything prior to that, it was clear that the WWE Universe was discontent with the actions of Barrett and his connections with the consortium in favor of the Authority, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. Last Friday, Barrett joined the WWE Champion Randy Orton and the three members of the Shield in a beatdown of Daniel Bryan, the Big Show, Mark Henry, Dolph Ziggler and Rob Van Dam, officially cementing his position in the battle between authority and anti-authority. Barrett tonight explained his actions last week, talking about how he believes in the freedom of speech and how he planned to use it was with his mouth and his actions. Wade said that he could not believe the WWE Universe did not expect any different from him - he's got bad news and good news for them however: that bad news being that he did it because he believed in Triple H and Stephanie McMahon and the hands that they feed the WWE superstars - but the good news coming out of his official alliance with the Authority, was that he could join the fight against the anti-authority, and that he was all for politics, and that he would fight off people like Rob Van Dam, like Daniel Bryan, like Big Show, Dolph Ziggler and Mark Henry, because what is best for business, is best for Barrett! As Barrett attempted to continue talking however, out came his scheduled opponent in Rob Van Dam, who came to the ring not interested in talking, and the match was on between Van Dam and Barrett. RVD was hot as he resorted a lot more to striking than usual, also going after Barrett as he attempted to seek relief from the hot offense - just for Van Dam to dive over the top rope onto the turncoat with a senton. Van Dam had the WWE Universe hot - but that was a different story returning from the commercial break. Barrett gained control during the break as he kicked Van Dam low and sent him sailing into the ring post outside of the ring. Wade continued to beat away at Van Dam as the 'Bare Knuckled Street Fighter' was proving how hard-hitting he truly is, working away at the head of 'Mr Tuesday Night'. Soon enough, with the support of the fans in attendance, RVD managed to fight back, and the 'Battle Creek Barbarian' was in full swing as he reversed Barrett's Winds of Change into a match changing DDT - Van Dam following up with his Rolling Thunder, and he seemed to be setting up for the Five-Star Frog Splash...just for Barrett to roll out of the ring and leave without turning back! Barrett got himself intentionally counted out, and RVD was rightfully furious. In an interview after the match, Van Dam told Renee Young that he would get his redemption on Barrett, whether it be tonight or a different night, but reminding us that karma can be a b---.
- It has been recently documented about the brewing problems between the Miz and Fandango, as the ballroom dancer has made an effort to interrupt the 'Awesome One' at every turn he has made, whether it be hosting SummerSlam, interrupting matches or even when he has been on commentary on Main Event in the past few weeks. With Fandango and Summer Rae's distractions, Miz has become aggressive and tried to block Fandango out - but the 'Awesome One' managed to one-up Fandango himself on two occasions last week on WWE programming, by interrupting Fandango's matches by bracing the stage to the 'Ballroom Brawler's theme music and dancing around with the returning Rosa Mendes. After a brawl took place on RAW this past Monday night, Fandango and Summer Rae discussed this backstage tonight on Main Event and attempted to belittle the unfortunate Sin Cara, the Mexican luchador being challenged to a match tonight. However Fandango was in for a shock, as the innovative high flyer took to a different style tonight - and compared to earlier...he seemed to have grown in size as well. Cara took Fandango on an unexpected ride in their show-closing match on this edition of Main Event, as the bout was mixed back and forth between the two superstars with bright futures: but the ballroom dancer was one step ahead of Sin Cara, in full control when suddenly the theme of Sin Cara hit again - and out came a smaller Sin Cara - the real Sin Cara!? The WWE Universe were stunned by this confusion, as Fandango and Summer were as well - and just like that, the Sin Cara in the ring planted Fandango with a Skull Crushing Finale for the win! Fandango rolled out of the ring and received a dropkick from the real Sin Cara, as the ballroom dancer was sent into the ring apron: where he witnessed the Sin Cara that beat him to unmask and reveal himself to be The Miz! Fandango and Summer were in outrage, as Miz alongside Sin Cara stood tall to close down the show. This game of oneupmanship was escalating rapidly!
- Tensions were running high in the Divas division in recent weeks, as AJ Lee has been extremely verbal when it came to discussions of the new hit reality TV show on E!, Total Divas. The Divas Champion has opposed it in the past, and with three members of the Total Divas roster managing to get wins against AJ in the space of a week (Brie Bella, Naomi and Natalya), it was confirmed soonafter that AJ would have to face all three Total Divas stars in a fatal four-way match with her Divas Championship on the line at Night of Champions. AJ Lee has had her own army opposing the team of Total Divas stars in Layla and Alicia Fox in recent weeks, and after some dissension taking place last week in six-Diva tag action, communications broke down between two of Lee's future challengers, as the Bella Twins and the Funkadactyls exploded in a competitive tag team match last Monday night on RAW. With Naomi and Brie wrapped up in their own situation, AJ Lee teamed up with Layla to take on Natalya and the former Divas Champion Kaitlyn on tonight's Main Event. This seemed to be Natalya's chance to get another victory against the Divas Champion AJ tonight, but at the same time it could have been AJ's opportunity to get a win against one-third of her opponents in two weeks time. However Kaitlyn had a different objective in this one, the Diva that tried time and time again to get another opportunity at the Divas Championship against AJ Lee wanted to fight alone, without the assistance of the veteran Natalya. And Kaitlyn did bring the fight to AJ Lee - until the tricks of AJ and fellow anti-Total Diva Layla came into play and the two began to double-team the powerhouse Kaitlyn. AJ soon locked in the Black Widow, and that was all she wrote for Kaitlyn. However for Natalya, it was just the beginning, as the daughter of Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart took Layla out of the occasion and proceeded to lock AJ Lee in the Sharpshooter, making the Divas Champion tap out once again! Time could be running out for AJ's title reign, with all of the tensions running high in the locker room lately. | RESULTS - Rob Van Dam def. Wade Barrett by count-out at 11:21 after Barrett walked out. This was coming for the 'Bare Knuckled Street Fighter', the British Wade Barrett having sided with the Shield and Randy Orton in leaving Daniel Bryan, RVD, Dolph Ziggler, the Big Show and Mark Henry lying in the ring at the end of SmackDown last Friday night. Prior to the match, Barrett explained his actions just for Van Dam to interrupt starting the match, and it was a clash of Van Dam's unorthodox, stiff and exciting offense combined with the methodical and hard-hitting style of Barrett's. Van Dam found an opening and had Barrett in position for the Five-Star Frog Splash near the end - but Barrett decided to instead take a walk, bad news for RVD.
- Big E Langston def. Brodus Clay w/Tensai at 4:09 after the Big Ending. Langston ever since cutting away from the Divas Champion AJ Lee several weeks ago has been on a streak of fury, taking on everybody in his path and tonight he had a big challenge in his way in the form of the 350 pound 'Funkasaurus' Brodus Clay. As Naomi and Cameron focused on the current situation with Divas division, Tensai accompanied Brodus, and witnessed his destruction as despite Clay managing to pound into Langston, the ever athletic Big E resorted to speed and got ahead. The athleticism and agility soon merged to incorporate raw strength, as Big E nailed Clay with the Big Ending for the win. After the match, Tensai got in Big E's face, almost challenging Langston.
- Divas Champion AJ Lee & Layla def. Natalya & Kaitlyn at 4:32 after the Black Widow by AJ on Kaitlyn. With AJ Lee being chased by three Divas leading into Night of Champions and causing problems among two of them as the Bella Twins and the Funkadactyls competed last Monday night on RAW, this was Natalya's opportunity to get another victory against the Divas Champion, if not for Kaitlyn attempting to be a part of the action and visibly refusing to tag in the Canadian in this match. Kaitlyn tried to reinforce herself as a threat to the Divas Champion, but with antics from Layla as well, AJ Lee locked in the Black Widow for the win. After the match, Natalya got into the ring and locked in the Sharpshooter on AJ to the applause of the Minneapolis crowd.
- Sin Cara def. Fandango w/Summer Rae at 8:23 after the Skull Crushing Finale? It appeared as though Sin Cara was a little bigger tonight on Main Event, shortly after Fandango had disrespected Cara's abilities in a backstage segment. The 'Ballroom Brawler' immediately went after Sin Cara during this one, relentlessly trying to pound away at him just for Sin Cara to fire back with some unorthodox offense for a man of his stature. Fandango soon got the better of Cara and went for the swinging STO - when theme of Sin Cara hit and out came...the real Sin Cara? With the distraction, the Sin Cara sprung to life and nailed the arrogant dancer with a Skull Crushing Finale for the win. As Summer Rae aided to Fandango after the match, Sin Cara unmasked in the ring to reveal that he was actually the Miz! | OTHER HAPPENINGS - After Wade Barrett got himself counted out in their match, Renee Young caught up with Rob Van Dam to get some word on what was going through his mind. RVD talked about how Wade Barrett can run his mouth, and when he wants he can hit people hard, but when it comes to tonight, Barrett has not been able to back up his claims. RVD said that it may not be tonight, but he will get his hands on the 'Bare Knuckled Street Fighter', and that day will come very soon. Van Dam concluded, stating that redemption would be for the anti-authority.
- Josh Mathews and Alex Riley provided a health update on the condition of Cody Rhodes, who was taken out with an injured arm after a relentless attack from Damien Sandow and his Money in the Bank briefcase last Monday on RAW. They revealed that Cody's arm was fractured by Sandow's beating from the metal briefcase, and that Rhodes would be out of action for at least two months. Footage aired of Damien Sandow destroying Rhodes' arm with the briefcase and the steel steps. Matthews and Riley confirmed that the 'Intellectual Savior of the Masses' would address the incident this Friday on SmackDown.
- In the backstage area, Fandango and Summer Rae were talking about how the Miz and his distractions being a splinter in their side. Summer then talked about how Rosa Mendes is a jezebel and that she cannot dance for the life of her. With said insults, the two walked past Sin Cara and Fandango took it upon himself to disrespect Cara's lucha libre ability, stating that the amount of risks he takes, he would probably break a leg just trying to dance. Fandango smirked and told the masked luchador to meet him in the ring later on.
- A vignette aired, promoting the debut of Los Matadores, two Spanish bullfighters out to make an impact in the WWE.
- The RAW Rebound video package aired, focusing on the actions made by Daniel Bryan this past Monday in order to get an opportunity at regaining the WWE Championship. Bryan was given a huge opportunity as he kicked off RAW rebelling and got his wish addressed by Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, who offered him a shot at the title - but not before defeating all three members of the Shield in a Gauntlet to get to Randy Orton at Night of Champions. After having odds thrown in his way in the form of his shoulder being worked over, having to compete in three matches back-to-back, interference from the other Shield members and more, Bryan managed to defeat all three of them to get a shot at Randy Orton, who he meets on September 16.
- Advertisements aired for the new episode of Total Divas, this Sunday night on E! - Advertisements aired for Night of Champions, live on pay-per-view on September 16. The advertisement was centered around the new WWE Champion, Randy Orton.
| NOTES - NXT this Wednesday: Adrian Neville & Corey Graves vs the Ascension for the NXT Tag Team Championships. - Superstars this Thursday: Rob Van Dam vs Fandango; Intercontinental Champion Curtis Axel vs Zack Ryder. - SmackDown this Friday: Dolph Ziggler, Big Show & Mark Henry vs The Shield; Damien Sandow discusses the injury of Cody Rhodes. - RAW this Monday: Edge returns to Monday Night RAW.

| WWE NXT - September 4, 2013 - Winter Park, FL - Full Sail University (#184) | TOP STORIES - It has been a rough ride for the dysfunctional NXT Tag Team Champions Adrian Neville and Corey Graves. After Neville's partner Oliver Grey was injured in the 'Man That Gravity Forgot's first title reign back in May, it took Neville two months to respond and regain the title belts from the Wyatt Family with the assistance of the 'Savior of Misbehavior' Corey Graves. Graves has proven to be the tough man in the team, providing a lot of hard-hitting and technically-connecting offense to their opponents whilst Neville has been the aerial fanatic, the two styles clashing repeatedly about who the more important member is: apparently in Graves' mind alone. These two egos clashing could not have come at a worse time, as new challengers in the Ascension awaited the NXT Tag Team Champions. Conor O'Brian and Rick Victor, a powerful new force have taken the duos division by storm, wiping out all competition since O'Brian discovered Victor several months ago. Now, they wanted the NXT Tag Team Championships. Victor and O'Brian unlike Neville and Graves have managed to work well as a tag team and batter anybody on the other side of the ring from them. This match was announced two weeks ago, authorized by NXT General Manager Dusty Rhodes - and last week the Ascension left an exclamation mark at the potential end of Neville and Graves' reign as champions and as a team: damaging Neville's ribs and causing an argument to ensue between the champs. In interviews with Renee Young conducted prior to the big title match, the Ascension seemed confident to destroy their opponents; whereas whilst Graves insisted that their partnership was fine and there was no problems, they did not seem to be getting along too great still. The match began as Adrian Neville started with Conor O'Brian, and the Ascension initially had control as O'Brian targeted the bandaged ribs immediately, but the 'Savior of Misbehavior' tagged himself into the match and went right after O'Brian. Graves was not in the mood, as he wanted to make an example out of the mysterious challengers, an STO catching Conor off-guard, and the punk rock-bred Graves targeted the leg of his adversary, a chop block followed up as Graves locked in the single legged Boston crab, and with that it seemed as if O'Brian was actually in a little bit of pain. The mind games of the Ascension soon set in however, as Rick Victor involved himself and the Ascension were suddenly in control. It was unorthodox for Graves to be in peril, as Victor brutally pounded on the Pittsburgh native and nailed him with a dramatic flying European uppercut. Conor O'Brian despite his weakened leg also got into it as he continued the assault, multiple body avalanches and even the full nelson slam - but nothing could put the resilient Graves away! Neville tried to get the NXT Universe behind Graves, and he finally reacted as he made the hot blind tag and fired away at both members of the Ascension, dodging the Fall of Man from them, and soon enough it became a free for-all, as all four men brawled in the ring! Graves took the legal man Victor out of the fight with a dragon suplex, but O'Brian stepped in with a big flapjack on Corey. But suddenly, the ever-innovative Adrian Neville fired into the match with a springboard moonsault into a tornado DDT to O'Brian, leaving it to the legal men in the man! Neville took the opportunity to go to the top rope and come off with the Red Arrow, and the NXT Tag Team Champions had managed to retain the belts! Neville and Graves were ecstatic after the match, despite bickering a little initially, as they had conquered the Ascension in this outing tonight on NXT! The Ascension were sure to come back and fight another day, but for now this was Neville and Graves' night - but how long could they ever-dysfunctional team last?
- The NXT Champion Bo Dallas has recently made himself a disliked individual, by showing a tremendous amount of arrogance in trying to prove that he is the 'saving grace of NXT', and that he got to where he is by believing himself. This type of attitude brought a lot of heat his way from the NXT Universe, but it was potentially undisputed after last week, when the NXT Champion managed to get a huge victory against WWE superstar and former WWE Champion, Rob Van Dam. However it was announced after the match by NXT General Manager Dusty Rhodes that his next contender could be the thorn in Dallas' side as he was announced as Sami Zayn. Zayn, the Canadian from a Syrian descent meanwhile had made a huge mark in NXT since his debut back in May, winning over the NXT Universe and becoming one of the biggest fan favourites with the Full Sail audience. Two weeks ago, Zayn managed to win the affection of the fans as he tried to get a huge rubber match victory against Antonio Cesaro in what many have proclaimed a 'match of the year candidate'. A two out of three falls match, it was a clinic what the 'Swiss Superman' and Zayn put on, but Zayn was ultimately unable to get the victory. Tonight on NXT, Sami Zayn came out to the ring to address the Universe, talking about how he has managed to do so much in such a short period of time that he is blessed to be alive and be a part of the WWE. Sami continued to talk about how he had the best match of his career in NXT two weeks ago against Cesaro, and although so many people thought that that was a match of the year candidate and that it was a hell of a match - he couldn't help but feel sore. Zayn said that he could not defeat the Real American, the tough man from Switzerland. Zayn said that with that said, he has began second guessing himself as a top contender to the NXT Championship. Predictably, the theme music of Bo Dallas hit, and out came the NXT Champion himself right on cue, as Dallas immediately talked on his way to the ring with a microphone in hand about how true he is that he does not deserve a shot at the NXT Championship. Dallas complained about how the NXT fans prefer having Bo as the champion, because he's the champion that NXT needs to survive and have a future. The Full Sail crowd booed more and more as Bo continued, talking about how he is the saving grace of NXT, and that he is the one behind the revolution. Dallas met Zayn in the ring and said that a lot of people are giving Sami Zayn props for his performance against Antonio Cesaro two weeks ago: but did Zayn win? Bo compared Zayn's loss to Cesaro two weeks ago to his own victory against Rob Van Dam last week, calling Zayn a joke, and that the NXT Universe would hate to see someone like Zayn get an undeserved title shot! The smug arrogance of Bo was starting to get under the skin of Zayn, as he reiterated that he never said that he didn't feel he deserved a shot. The fans cheered, as he repeated that he was second-guessing himself: but seeing that Bo is nothing than a cowardly fellow with a big mouth, then perhaps he will take up the opportunity. The Floridian audience liked what they heard, and that's when Bo continued to talk trash at Zayn about how he is the chosen one and not Sami, until Zayn slapped Dallas! The NXT Champion went down as he quickly slid out of the ring and left to loud boos, Bo holding his cheek like he had been nailed with a hammer! Zayn was standing tall, as Dallas said that his title shot would definitely not happen with the attitude Sami presented tonight. What a hypocrite!
| RESULTS - NXT Women's Champion Paige & Emma def. Summer Rae & Sasha Banks at 7:42 after the Paige-Turner on Banks. This was the opportunity that Sasha Banks and Summer Rae were discussing last week on NXT, as these four NXT Divas kicked off the show with some in-ring competition. Summer Rae seemed to be extremely focused on the NXT Women's Championship however, as the so-called 'First Lady of NXT' tried to get any chance she could in the ring with Paige, but the effective teamwork fueled by a passionate friendship between Paige and Emma got in the way of her attempts. Banks and Rae tried to stay in the match, but soon the Paige-Turner connected on 'The Boss', giving Paige and Emma the victory. After the match, Summer Rae seemed furious at Paige, indicating that she wanted a shot at Paige's title.
- Mason Ryan def. C.J. Parker at 2:03 after the Flash in the Pan. Whilst the 'Colossus of Cardiff' has been busy with the multiple complications with Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady & Sylvester LeFort's growing family of clients in recent months, tonight on NXT he faced C.J. Parker, who this time around appeared to have taken a change in personality, coming to the ring to psychedelic music and dancing around the ring almost as if he was intoxicated. Parker's hippy mannerisms did not seem to effect the mass power of Mason Ryan however, who quickly managed to dispose of Parker in quick fashion, nailing him with a backbreaker/neckbreaker known as the Flash in the Pan. After the match, Sylvester LeFort came out to the rampway with his new client in Alexander Rusev, who stared Ryan down.
- Tyler Breeze def. Jason Jordan at 4:43 after the Beauty Shot. After the 'Prince of Pretty's actions two weeks ago on NXT against WWE superstar Dolph Ziggler, Tyler Breeze has been determined to make himself much more than a 'fad' and has been much more aggressive as he has shown a ton of arrogance after letting his frustration get the better of him. Breeze pounded away at the rookie Jason Jordan tonight in this bout, Breeze not even resorting to taking many photos and instead taunting the NXT Universe with his ignorance. After Jordan managed to get in some offense against Tyler, the 'Gorgeous One' decided to take things home, the Beauty Shock putting Jordan down for three. Afterwards, Tyler decided to go back to his phone, taking selfies of himself with an unconscious Jason Jordan.
- Adrian Neville & Corey Graves def. The Ascension (Conor O'Brian & Rick Victor) to retain the NXT Tag Team Championships at 15:34 after the Red Arrow by Neville on Victor. A match that has been brewing throughout the past several months, the Ascension has had their eyes dead set on winning the NXT Tag Team Championships from the dysfunctional team of Adrian Neville and Corey Graves. Graves and Neville initially had problems early on about who to start, but as the match went on, their teamwork stepped up. The 'Savior of Misbehavior' worked away at the leg of Conor O'Brian, but soon found himself in a bad place taking a beating from Victor and O'Brian. The Ascension came so close to the titles on numerous occasions, but Graves showed how resilient a talent he is. Finally, the 'Man That Forgot Gravity' hit the ring and cleared house, trying to make a name for himself in this outing - and the bout soon became a free for all with no decisive victor. Speaking of Victor, he was given a dragon suplex before being taken out by an aggressive O'Brian with a flapjack - but Neville managed to take him down with a hot moonsault into a tornado DDT before going to the top and nailing the Red Arrow for the decisive win! Neville and Graves celebrated tall after the match, but the two exchanged words still. | OTHER HAPPENINGS - In a pre-match interview with the NXT Tag Team Champions Adrian Neville and Corey Graves, Renee Young asked for some further update on their partnership and how stable it will be during tonight's big title defense. Adrian and Corey had a little trouble in getting the first word in, but the 'Savior of Misbehavior' got there, explaining that there is nothing wrong with their team ethics, because they both despise the Ascension and plan to go out there and prove that they are the best tag team possible and capable of getting the job done. The 'Man That Forgot Gravity' got a chance to talk as he was asked about the condition of his ribs after the attack from the Ascension last week. Adrian told Renee that he was feeling great and that tonight would be a huge showcase, because they will prove their worth as NXT Tag Team Champions, and put the Ascension in their rightful place.
- In a pre-match interview with the Ascension, Conor O'Brian and Rick Victor talked about exactly what they were going to do tonight to Renee Young. Conor and Rick talked about how their intentions are malicious and unmatched by any other duo in NXT today. They said that their prophecy is about to be confirmed when they de-assemble the NXT Tag Team Champions, they make Corey Graves rethink his life decisions, they send Adrian Neville down to ground zero, and they become the masters of the NXT Universe - just like the prophect said. The Ascension seemed confident prior to their big title match tonight.
- After the Divas tag team match, Paige and Emma celebrated in the backstage area, the NXT Women's Champion talking highly of themselves and how they would not let anybody get in their way. That is until Summer Rae arrived on the scene with Sasha Banks beside her. Summer and Paige exchanged words about how Rae's cockiness in being the better NXT Diva around the locker room - and whilst Sasha Banks attempted to get in her chance to get in the NXT Divas Champion's face, Summer slapped Paige across the face prompting a brawl, as Paige and Summer got into it with Emma and Sasha scrapping as well! Officials soon managed to separate the two sides.
- After his win against Jason Jordan, Renee Young attempted to get some comments from Tyler Breeze who seemed too invested in taking selfies on his phone. Tyler commented that he has been a lot more aggressive recently and with reason, because of people like Dolph Ziggler who can walk into NXT and try to be him, try to be better than him: but there is nobody as good as the 'Gorgeous One'. Tyler said that when 'Prince Pretty' is here, nobody gets in his way, and nobody upstages him, because he is ever so valuable, ever so beautiful, ever so...dangerous. Breeze pouted for the camera before walking away.
- Following Alexander Rusev's intense staredown with Mason Ryan, Sylvester LeFort was shown with Rusev backstage, as the Bulgarian giant was trashing everything in his sight. The French manager tried to calm his new client down, promising him Mason Ryan, promising him the 'Colossus of Cardiff's demise at the hands of the 'Bulgarian Brute'.
- A vignette aired, advertising the debut of a new NXT star by the name of Mojo Rawley. The 'Hype Man' crashes into NXT next week.
- A graphic aired, promoting next week's edition of NXT where Paige defends the NXT Women's Championship against Summer Rae. | NOTES - Superstars this Thursday: Rob Van Dam vs Fandango; Intercontinental Champion Curtis Axel vs Zack Ryder. - SmackDown this Friday: Dolph Ziggler, Big Show & Mark Henry vs The Shield; Damien Sandow discusses the injury of Cody Rhodes. - RAW this Monday: Edge returns to Monday Night RAW. - NXT next week: Paige (c) vs Summer Rae for the NXT Women's Championship; the debut of Mojo Rawley.
- Night of Champions, live on pay-per-view on September 16. - Randy Orton (c) vs Daniel Bryan for the WWE Championship. - Alberto Del Rio (c) vs Rey Mysterio for the World Heavyweight Championship. - Curtis Axel (c) vs CM Punk for the Intercontinental Championship; If Punk wins, he faces Paul Heyman. - Roman Reigns & Seth Rollins (c) vs Big Show & Mark Henry for the Tag Team Championship. - Dean Ambrose (c) vs Dolph Ziggler for the United States Championship - AJ Lee (c) vs Naomi vs Nikki Bella vs Natalya in a fatal four-way match for the Divas Championship. |

| WWE Superstars - September 5, 2013 - Des Moines, IA - Wells Fargo Arena (#231) | RESULTS - Rob Van Dam def. Fandango w/Summer Rae at 9:19 after the Five-Star Frog Splash. In the midst of the 'Whole Dam Show' & the 'Ballroom Brawler' having issues with Wade Barrett and the Authority & the Miz respectively, these two WWE superstars were here to take on one another tonight on Superstars in what was an especially competitive bout. Fandango seemed to have the better of RVD at one point, trying to keep the pacing of the former WWE Champion slow, but Van Dam repeatedly managed to mount comebacks and fire away at the ballroom dancer as Summer Rae watched on. Van Dam soon managed to get an opening, and he got the win with the Five-Star Frog Splash for a decisive victory.
- Intercontinental Champion Curtis Axel w/Paul Heyman def. Zack Ryder at 5:22 after the Axehole. Following the comments made by the manager of Curtis Axel, Paul Heyman last Monday night on RAW, the third generation superstar was in a must-win situation from now on to Night of Champions in ten nights, with CM Punk constantly on the mind frame of Axel and Heyman in what could be the biggest match of Axel's young career. The 'Chosen One' was reminded by Heyman to imagine Zack Ryder as CM Punk in this match, as the 'Long Island Iced-Z' tried to regain some momentum tonight on WWE Superstars, just for Axel to get the better of the 'Broski', as the 'Axe Man' put Ryder away with the Axehole. Axel celebrated with the 'Twisted Genius' singing his praises after the match. | NOTES - SmackDown this Friday: Dolph Ziggler, Big Show & Mark Henry vs The Shield; Damien Sandow discusses the injury of Cody Rhodes. - RAW this Monday: Edge returns to Monday Night RAW. - NXT next week: Paige (c) vs Summer Rae for the NXT Women's Championship; The debut of Mojo Rawley.

So, I've been reading this but haven't been replying because I've been pretty busy. This isn't getting the love that it deserves. Your layout is original and brilliant. Having guys stand up to the Authority is wiser than how it was in real life where everybody just laid down for them. I'm intrigued by Rey Mysterio getting the World Title shot as that's different for sure. I also wonder what you're going to do with CM Punk and the Intercontinental Title match. I smell a disqualification finish. I'm actually still a bit busy today going to a baseball game, but I will be replying in full to Smackdown as the Shield match sounds interesting. I hope this sticks around for a while.

How's the head?
Still not sure on the layout while it undeniably looks great and I get the idea. Think it would work better if you kept the top stories as is but then had quick results in order including backstage bits etc.
Your Raw,Smack Down etc are the best on board. So clean and bright. Small point.
Story wise like how there is an anti authority group but weirdly don't want them taking from Bryan's story. Surprised you are going with Bryan again so soon.
I'm enjoying the rise of Sandow and the World title picture is quite entertaining at the minute.
Guess Punk is getting screwed at the PPV maybe by Ryback as your building him well.
Overall like you mentioned this is getting away from actual and it's a good read and the longer this goes the better it will get.
Give this a few months and it could rival Ryan & AJ

| WWE Friday Night SmackDown - September 6, 2013 - Minneapolis, MN - Target Center (#733) | TOP STORIES - With two title matches prepared for Night of Champions in nine days with the United States and Tag Team Championships being at stake, and with a huge score to settle between the mercenaries of the Authority and the superstars opposing the Authority, the main event for tonight's edition of SmackDown was set up last Monday night on RAW, with the three members of the Shield going up against the trio of the 'World's Strongest Man' Mark Henry, the 'World's Largest Athlete' the Big Show and the 'Show Off' Dolph Ziggler. The six men had scores to settle with one another, as SmackDown General Manager Vickie Guerrero ordered Ziggler, Henry and Show to keep away from the Shield until the bell sounded or risk losing their title shots at the upcoming pay-per-view. With that said, the Shield delivered their own message for their opponents during this program, as they talked about how they planned to take a chunk out of the armor of the anti-establishment, how they planned to take down the machine and sabotage the injustice's intentions. With all that said, it was time for the main event as Ziggler, Show and Henry initially ran the asylum, charging against the guards of authority with their offense; mixed with the teamwork of the powerhouses in Big Show and Mark Henry as joined by the athleticism and agility of the former World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler. This match was between three current champions and three more experienced WWE superstars with a grand total of ten reigns as World Heavyweight Champion. Dean Ambrose was the methodical member of the 'Hounds of Justice' who cut off the ring to the faster Ziggler, the United States Champion allowing for the Tag Team Champions Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns to come in with their effective teamwork, putting further damage on the 'Show Off'. The showstealer was being wounded, but Ziggler still had fight with him, as he nailed Rollins with a flying clothesline and Ambrose with a superkick knocking him off of the apron, and with that Ziggler got the tag to Henry! The 'World's Strongest Man' tried to mount some steam, just to get cut off by Reigns, the powerhouse of the Shield. The rugged Samoan began to dissect and brutalize the former Olympian, as once again the tactics of the three members of the Shield worked away at the larger superstar as Big Show would eventually get the hot tag - to once again shut off again! The Shield were all over the opposition in this match, as when Ziggler and Rollins became the legal men in the match, all chaos broke loose, and Reigns and Ambrose effectively took out their opposition, as Big Show wound up being powerbombed through the announce table; Mark Henry was given a dramatic Spear through the barricade by Reigns; and it left a hot Ziggler up against three members of the Shield. With the tensions running high, Ziggler tried to fight them just to find himself victim to the Headlock Driver from his opponent at Night of Champions, Ambrose; the Spear from Reigns; and lastly, the Curbstomp from Rollins. The Shield were dominant tonight, and it seemed like they had accomplished their mission to stomp down the anti-establishment, the champions standing tall over their opponents at Night of Champions as SmackDown went off the air.
- After Daniel Bryan was named the top challenger for Randy Orton's WWE Championship at Night of Champions last Monday night on RAW, the 'Apex Predator' had some choice words for the 'YES Man', as the 'Viper came to SmackDown with some choice comments for Bryan. Randy Orton talked about how he has earned this place at the top of the mountain. Orton said that he is standing before the ingrates in the WWE Universe as the Face of the company: the number one guy, the head honcho, the main eventer ofmain eventers, the 'Apex Predator'. Randy said that the fans do not understand how talent goes, and when it comes to talent, the WWE Universe doesn't understand what makes the 'Viper' a true talent. Orton commented on how many people consider Bryan to be one of the greatest wrestlers in history, but they are completely ignorant of the fact that he not only is Bryan lacking in size, lacking in the true spirit of a WWE Champion, lacking in discipline and lacking in personality - but that Daniel Bryan, his opponent in nine days is a complete mad man! Orton asked the fans how they could get behind a guy like Bryan, who loses his temper so damn quickly. Randy said that what he did at SummerSlam was put Daniel in his place, he let him know once and for all that he is nothing more than a B+ player. And there are props to be made for how he managed to defeat all three members of the Shield on Monday Night RAW - but that is nothing in comparison to the legacy that is Orton. The WWE Champion was not handpicked to be WWE Champion: instead, he was put on top of the pedestal because he deserved it, and Bryan did not. The Minneapolis fans disapproved of the champ's comments, which is when Orton said that at Night of Champions, he will prove that he is not a coward, that he is not a fluke, that he was chosen to be the Face of the WWE because he deserves it - and most importantly, he will prove that Bryan does not deserve to be WWE Champion or even be in the ring with one either. Harsh words from the 'Apex Predator' tonight, as Orton walked out of the Target Center poised with confidence just nine days away from Night of Champions.
- After the heinous actions of the 'Intellectual Savior of the Masses' last Monday night on RAW, Damien Sandow had previously announced to address the WWE Universe after breaking Cody Rhodes' arm with his Money in the Bank briefcase against the steel steps tonight on SmackDown tonight: but not before accompanying the World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio to the ring for his match against the Miz. After initially appearing to be hesitant of Mr Money in the Bank last Monday when they teamed up, the 'Mexican Aristocrat' had appeared to be friends or allies with Sandow - the same Sandow that could cash in on him to win the World title whenever he pleased. Miz brought the fight to Del Rio initially as he pounded away at Del Rio and tried to wear him out just for the distractions from Sandow to lead to Del Rio scoring the victory ahead of his match with Rey Mysterio at Night of Champions. This escalated further when Rey Mysterio hit the ring joined by Ricardo Rodriguez in an attempt to take a hit at Del Rio for being a part of the assault on his ally, Cody Rhodes last Monday night. The challenger, Mysterio had once again ran away Del Rio, but that is when Damien Sandow nailed Mysterio with his Money in the Bank briefcase! Sandow stomped Rey out of the ring to boos, as SmackDown went to a commercial break. When we returned, the 'Intellectual Savior of the Masses' was being rained on in boos as he tried to address the masses, discussing how he is intelligent for what he did in taking out his former tag team partner, the incompetent, insuperior Cody Rhodes. Sandow said that Cody wanted to make a case in preventing Sandow from fame and success and glory - which is why he had to make a case of Cody himself using his own case: his briefcase. Damien said that he is the intelligent one, the most intelligent superstar to ever grace the WWE: and therefore, the 'Intellectual Savior of the Masses'. Sandow added, that when he took out Rey Mysterio, it was a minor case of the Cody Rhodes. Sandow said that he has aligned himself with Alberto Del Rio, and that he has found a man as intelligent as he is: because together, the two of them are completely unstoppable! Sandow sarcastically thanked the booing WWE Universe for their time before leaving. Michael Cole questioned this alliance of Mr Money in the Bank Damien Sandow and World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio, as John Bradshaw Layfield commented that it was smart, but who could trust Sandow!? | RESULTS - Intercontinental Champion Curtis Axel w/Paul Heyman def. Kofi Kingston at 12:23 after the Axehole. With the clock ticking down to September 16, Curtis Axel had to run the task of taking on the former Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston tonight on SmackDown, as Paul Heyman watched on nervously hoping for Axel to get another victory and prove himself worthy of being a task to end CM Punk at Night of Champions. The 'Axe Man' was out of his comfort zone initially against Kofi, who showed his impressive speed and agility against Axel in the opening moments, but the third generation superstar managed to find an opening and work away at the neck of Kingston soon enough. The WWE Universe were rallying behind Kingston however, as he soon made a comeback and almost got the win with the flipping sunset flip, but Axel managed to intervene and put Kofi away with the Axehole for the win. After the match, Curtis Axel stood in celebration as Paul Heyman once again talked about Punk and how they would both be at RAW on Monday, and how he hoped for a face to face confrontation to take place.
- The Usos (Jimmy Uso & Jey Uso) def. The Real Americans (Antonio Cesaro & Jack Swagger) w/Zeb Colter at 5:20 after the double superkick on Cesaro. After Antonio Cesaro and Jack Swagger attempted on RAW to put away the Prime Time Players in a losing effort, it was important for Zeb Colter's boys to get back in the tag team hunt as they took on the Usos tonight on SmackDown. A competitive match, as Cesaro and Swagger seemed to underestimate Jimmy and Jey by working over Jimmy's leg - but soon enough Jey got the hot tag, but then they got another one-up against Cesaro and Swagger when the Usos got the win by surprise with a double super kick by the Samoans. After the match, Colter was irate as were Swagger and Cesaro.
- World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio w/Damien Sandow def. The Miz at 9:49 after the Cross Armbreaker. After Alberto Del Rio and Damien Sandow's dominance over Rey Mysterio and Cody Rhodes last Monday night on RAW, the 'Mexican Aristocrat' was accompanied to the ring by Mr Money in the Bank, as the 'Intellectual Savior of the Masses' seemed to be getting ready to address the WWE Universe about him fracturing the arm of Cody Rhodes following this match. The 'Awesome One' put up a fight against Del Rio, holding his own against the World Heavyweight Champion, but with assistance from Sandow, Del Rio was able to get the win with the Cross Armbreaker. After the match, Rey Mysterio hit the ring with Ricardo Rodriguez, as Mysterio once again ran away the apparently cowardly World Champion.
- Big E Langston def. Tensai w/Brodus Clay at 3:29 after the Big Ending. This started on Main Event this past Wednesday night, as Big E Langston has continued to be on a roll ever since splitting away from AJ Lee. Big E defeated the 'Funkasaurus' Brodus Clay on Wednesday and then got in the face of Clay's partner Tensai, leading to this match. Tensai showed some power against Langston initially, but it ran short lived compared to the freak power and quickness of Langston, who managed to get Tensai up and drop him with the Big Ending for another impressive win.
- The Bella Twins (Brie Bella & Nikki Bella) def. The Funkadactyls (Naomi & Cameron) at 3:23 after the facebuster by a Bella on Naomi. These two teams from the cast of Total Divas faced off this past Monday night on RAW where the rookie Funkadactyls were victorious, but this was all a part of a bigger picture as Brie Bella and Naomi prepare for their fatal four-way opportunity alongside Natalya to challenge AJ Lee for the Divas Championship in nine days. AJ Lee was on commentary, talking down the competition throughout this match. Naomi was shining against Nikki in this one, but that's when Twin Magic took place and the Bella Twins switched - allowing Brie to come in with a facebuster on Naomi for the win. After the match, the Bellas tried to get their hands on AJ prior to Night of Champions, but the Divas Champion managed to run away.
- The Shield (United States Champion Dean Ambrose & Tag Team Champions Seth Rollins & Roman Reigns) def. Big Show, Dolph Ziggler & Mark Henry at 12:23 after the Curbstomp by Rollins on Ziggler. These six men have been in this situation before, as the Shield have acted as the mercenaries for the Authority against the men who oppose the Authority, three of which being Dolph Ziggler, Mark Henry and the Big Show. With the Shield facing these three men for the United States and Tag Team Championships at Night of Champions, this proved to be a proving ground for the champions to hold their own against the competition, as Big Show, Ziggler and Mark Henry seemed to have the trio's number initially. Soon enough though, they went back to basics and began to wear down Mark Henry and Big Show, and at the match's conclusion, Reigns had speared Mark Henry through a barricade whilst Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose put Big Show through an announce table with the triple powerbomb! The 'Show Off' was left standing, but he could not survive the Headlock Driver from Dean Ambrose, the Spear from Roman Reigns, and finally the Curbstomp by Rollins. The Shield stood tall in a dominant fashion as SmackDown went off the air. | OTHER HAPPENINGS - The Shield prepared for the main event six-man tag team match with Dolph Ziggler, the Big Show and Mark Henry in the form of another camcorder-recorded video message for their opponents, as Dean Ambrose called themselves the 'Hounds of Justice' - that when they see injustice, they strike it down and they manipulate the injustice that is the anti-establishment. Seth Rollins talked about how in recent weeks we have seen an uprising, a rebellion in the form of Daniel Bryan, Ziggler, Big Show, Mark Henry and Rob Van Dam - and that they will strike them down. Roman Reigns referred to their matches at Night of Champions in nine days as challenges, and that tonight is a preview: but hypothetically pondered what would happen if this preview was the decimation of their challengers. Ambrose, Rollins and Reigns seemed to be signalling that tonight they would take a chunk out of the anti-Authority's armor, and that their opponents on September 16 would be weaker than they were before.
- Dolph Ziggler, Mark Henry and the Big Show were talking strategy prior to their match with the Shield in the main event, talking about how they will knock down the mercenaries, and then how in nine nights they will take their championship gold as well. Big Show called this their revenge, their rebellion against the Authority. That's when SmackDown General Manager Vickie Guerrero interrupted them, warning the trio that if they jump the gun and decide to go after the Shield even a millisecond before the bell rings in the main event, that they would face their exclusion from their shots at the United States and Tag Team Championship shots.
- In the backstage area, Wade Barrett was shown ordering a production worker to get him a cup of coffee, the former Intercontinental Champion obviously taking advantage of his recent change in becoming an associate of the Authority. However that's when he was confronted by Rob Van Dam, the man he attacked last week on SmackDown and avoided fighting this past Wednesday on Main Event. Barrett and Van Dam got into a discussion about how Barrett is a coward and that he will get his comeuppance. Barrett simply laughed at RVD's threats, telling him that he looks ridiculous and it is no wonder why he is anti-authority. Wade told RVD that he has some bad news for him, that he will never reach the level of greatness that is Wade Barrett. Van Dam smirked and walked away, walking past the production worker bringing Barrett's coffee - proceeding to steal it! Barrett was annoyed by this, telling him to bring back his coffee.
- Another replay of Alberto Del Rio and Damien Sandow breaking the arm of Cody Rhodes on Monday Night RAW aired, as Michael Cole, John Bradshaw Layfield and Josh Mathews talked about how Rhodes does indeed have a broken arm as a result of the event and will be out of action for the foreseeable future.
- Divas Champion AJ Lee was shown on her way to the announce table for the Bella Twins and the Funkadactyls match backstage, when she came across Natalya in the corridor. Natalya smiled as she asked AJ how she was doing, and whether her back was sore from the Sharpshooter she gave her on Main Event. Lee tried to ignore it, when the Canadian Diva reminded AJ that her days were numbered, because she was going to become the Divas Champion come Night of Champions. AJ told her that it wasn't going to happen, telling her to stay in her fantasy bubble that is Total Divas and furthermore humiliate herself against the likes of her. AJ skipped away en route to the arena.
- In an interview with Renee Young after his match with Tensai, Young asked Big E Langston about his recent unstoppable run in the WWE. Langston called himself a freight train, a man that could not be beaten, be stopped or be slowed down by the masses of the WWE Universe. Langston called himself a fighter, a warrior, a brawler - and he would continue to take out the competition of the WWE, and thin the herd.
After having odds thrown in his way Randy Orton at Night of Champions. After having odds thrown in his way in the form of his shoulder being worked over, having to compete in three matches back-to-back, interference from the other Shield members and more, Bryan managed to defeat all three of them to get a shot at Randy Orton, who he meets on September 16.

| WWE Monday Night RAW - September 9, 2013 - Toronto, ON - Air Canada Centre (#1058) | TOP STORIES - With Night of Champions nearing with six days until the pay-per-view event, the Authority appeared to be aiming to wear down the superstars who oppose them, particularly Daniel Bryan, Dolph Ziggler, the Big Show, Mark Henry and Rob Van Dam - these five individuals fighting for momentum against the empowering establishment consisting of WWE Champion Randy Orton, The Shield and Wade Barrett. At the top of the program, Daniel Bryan came to the ring to address his opponent this coming Sunday, as the 'YES Man' talked about how he had to win the WWE Championship to stick it to Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, to stick it to Randy Orton and the rest of the Authority - and more importantly all of the naysayers that don't believe in him as a WWE Champion. Bryan continued, stating that Randy can keep his title as the so-called Face of the WWE - because that isn't important to him. What is important to Bryan however, is simply being the best and holding the WWE Champion at the top of the mountain. Orton would make a rebuttal however, the 'Viper' interrupting Bryan and talking down to the challenger this Sunday once again, stating that if Bryan was really the best, then he would have been able to withstand the beating Triple H and he gave him at SummerSlam. Bryan told Orton that unlike SummerSlam though, there is no Triple H, there is no outside interference, no match before the second match. On Sunday night, it's down to Bryan and Orton: one-on-one. To see who the better man truly is! With further disputes unleashed at one another, it was Triple H and Stephanie McMahon who would interrupt, mockingly congratulating Bryan on getting through all three members of the Shield last week on RAW. With that, they continued to talk about Bryan walking the walk after talking the talk against the 'Apex Predator' this Sunday: but firstly, that tonight would feature a gigantic tag team match with Bryan, Rob Van Dam, Mark Henry, Dolph Ziggler and the Big Show facing off against Orton, theShield and Wade Barrett. With a huge preview of Night of Champions announced for tonight, it came down to an effective result, as the five members representing the Authority worked away at Bryan, Ziggler, Mark Henry and Big Show at various points during the match. The anti-establishment faction kept their guard up however, showing the fight to their opponents for this Sunday, as the 'Show Off' Dolph Ziggler almost put Dean Ambrose away with a Zig-Zag, just for Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins to get involved. The bout continued, as it eventually came down to a huge eight man brawl at ringside, and boiled down to the two superstars in the WWE Championship this Sunday, Bryan and Orton trading blows in the ring. Bryan had Orton in position for the running knee to the face - but just as he set up for it, Wade Barrett tugged on the foot of Bryan and threw the 'King of Beards' off his game, leading to an RKO from Orton giving the 'Viper' victory! The fans in Toronto disagreed with the result, and that's when Orton appeared to set up for the Punt to finish Bryan off once and for all...but then decided not to, as Bryan's allies in the revolution hit the ring for the save. The questions remained though, could Orton overcome Bryan without any outside interference? Could Bryan win the big one all over again? Could he withstand adversity? And how would the other members of the Authority fare with their rivals and walk out champions themselves? One could only wait until Sunday night to find out.
- It had been one year since the last appearance of the 'Rated R Superstar' on WWE television, and his hometown members of the WWE Universe were up in arms over the return of the Hall of Famer to Monday Night RAW, Edge making his way down to the ring with fans applauding for the former multi-time World Heavyweight and WWE Champion. Edge took the microphone immediately as he talked about how it had been a long time, and that it still sucks that he got forced into retirement two years ago, because it still sends shivers down his spine to be here in front of the best fans in the world. Edge began to talk about his career, and how he is thinking of his career in a retrospective tense now that he has moved on: all of the things that he did over so many years, the countless classic matches that he had, the memories that will never leave his mind: they are all out there, but none of them compare to the ones where he was competing five or six nights a week in front of this passionate audience alongside his best friend in the world, Christian. With that, the 'Rated R Superstar' introduced his best friend, the man he held the Tag Team Championships with on so many occasions, as 'Captain Charisma' received a great ovation from the Toronto crowd as well, as Christian immediately greeted his friend with a big hug. Edge and Christian reunited, the duo began to talk about their past adventures like their multiple matches in Tables, Ladders and Chairs, their antics with Mick Foley as acting Commissioner, and other memorable moments in WWE history. The two continued to reminisce, which is when the theme of Curtis Axel hit, and out came the Intercontinental Champion accompanied as always by Paul Heyman. The 'Twisted Genius' and the third-generation superstar approached the ring as Heyman had a microphone in hand, Heyman talking about how nice it is to be taking a trip down memory lane, because it's taking precious time out of the future. Paul said that nobody cares about what Edge and Christian have to say, outing them as 'hasbeens', and that they should be making way for the future, superstars like Curtis Axel! Christian commented on the Intercontinental title around Axel's waist, asking Edge if it seems familiar: because Axel has been Intercontinental Champion one time - whilst combined, Edge and Christian held the title nine times! Heyman said that it isn't about title reigns to Axel, it's about longevity, and the longevity that Edge and Christian have had in the past sixteen years is enough to say "it's time to check into a retirement home" for stars like Curtis Axel. With some more back and forth insults, Axel proceeded to slap Edge across the face, prompting his best friend Christian to tackle him; the two getting into a brawl in the ring! Axel would back off soon, as Heyman joined him: the former Tag Team Champions standing tall as Heyman declared that if Christian wanted a fight, then Axel would bring him it later tonight on RAW. Later in the show, the two squared off, as Christian managed to bring the fight to Axel, giving him everything he could to prove that the veterans could still go against the so-called 'Chosen One'. Heyman watched on as Axel continued to try and prove that he was worthy of being Intercontinental Champion, and credible going into Sunday's match with CM Punk. Axel's quickness matched Christian, but the Intercontinental Champion managed to get the better of him as he worked over the veteran, and then managed to put him away with the Axehole after distractions from Heyman. Axel seemed powerful going into Night of Champions, but the night was not over yet for Heyman and Axel...
- With six days to wait until the encounter between CM Punk and Curtis Axel with his client Paul Heyman in a handicap match at Night of Champions, tonight was the final opportunity for the 'Best in the World' to get to talk with his former agent and friend, and get his hands on both the 'Twisted Genius' and the third-generation Intercontinental Champion. It was Axel and Heyman who provoked the appearance of CM Punk, as Axel had just completed a competitive match against Christian when the former WWE Champion CM Punk made his way down to the ring. Punk was not dressed to fight, but still had his taped wrists on ready for a fight ensuing. Paul Heyman was first to grab a microphone, as the legendary agent asked Punk what took him so long, how he had been anticipating this moment for so long, since he missed Punk and wanted to give him another taste of things to come this Sunday night when Axel and Heyman beat his ass to a bloody pulp. Heyman, hiding behind Axel, reminded Punk of what happened the last time they were in the same ring: taking a beating from Singapore canes, handcuffed and bloody like a rabies-infested animals, getting pounded and busted open courtesy of the Intercontinental Champion and the 'Twisted Genius'. Punk simply smiled and listened to what Heyman had to say, as Heyman continued his tirade, calling Punk a phony friend, who was only out for one thing and that thing was using Heyman to get to the top: only caring for himself, only caring for what was best for the 'Best in the World'. Paul continued to try and make Punk drink the Kool-Aid, as he reminded Punk that if it wasn't for him, he wouldn't have been WWE Champion for 434 days, that he wouldn't have even made it to the WWE, because without him, Punk would still be fighting in bingo halls forever making an ass of himself without a mentor like him! Axel then took the microphone and told Punk that he is the future, he is the 'Chosen One'. The 'Chosen One' to end the past that is the 'Voice of the Voiceless', and that Punk may have refused medical attention the last time, but after Sunday night is done with, Axel will still be the Intercontinental Champion, and instead of Heyman being assaulted by Punk, it would be Heyman and Axel beating the hell out of CM Punk to the point where he couldn't even walk! The crowd booed, which is when CM Punk snatched the microphone from the Intercontinental Champion and began to respond, talking about how Axel's words are tough for a man whose father's legacy will forever overshadow his son's, and it's really smart for Paul Heyman to stay stood behind his client because if Axel wasn't in this ring, Heyman would already be flat on his back with a bloody nose from the amount of times he plans to give him the GTS! The WWE Universe tonight in Toronto were hanging on for every word, as Punk continued to cut down Axel and Heyman's high horse, discussing how they may have gotten the better of him last time, and maybe Brock Lesnar defeated him back at SummerSlam, but one thing that Heyman and Axel did not consider was the possibility that what they did in bringing Singapore canes into the equation could backfire on them: because this Sunday night we will see the 'Voice of the Voiceless' step in the ring with the Intercontinental Championship on the line, against the third-generation Curtis Axel and the 'Twisted Genius' Paul Heyman in a handicap match...and the pleasure will be all Punk's, because he spoke to Brad Maddox, and it is official that Singapore canes will be legal! Punk then nutted Axel with the microphone and a fight broke out between the two, as Heyman attempted to cower in the corner of the ring - Axel tried to fight dirty and nail Punk with the Axehole - just for Punk to reverse into a neckbreaker of his own! Punk laid the Intercontinental Champion Curtis Axel out with a GTS in the middle of the ring, as Heyman was forced to flee out of the ring! Punk was anxious for Sunday, and this could be the lasting result, with the 'Voice of the Voiceless' standing tall above Axel and Heyman! | RESULTS - Rey Mysterio w/Ricardo Rodriguez def. Damien Sandow at 12:22 after Droppin' the Dime. In a match originally intended to be Mysterio facing the WWE Champion Randy Orton, Mysterio was forced to settle with facing the man that broke his ally Cody Rhodes' arm last Monday night on RAW, Mr Money in the Bank Damien Sandow. Sandow was aggressive tonight, much more than we have seen in the past, as the 'Intellectual Savior of the Masses' has proven to be a friend to the hesitant yet prideful World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio in recent weeks. Meanwhile, Ricardo Rodriguez watched on as Mysterio fought back against the bigger Sandow, Mysterio trying to prove his worth as an adversary for the 'Mexican Aristocrat' going into Night of Champions this Sunday. Sandow tried to put Mysterio away with the You're Welcome...but Mysterio turned it into a hurricanrana, sending Sandow into the ropes, and the 619 followed up by Droppin' the Dime for the win. Alberto Del Rio was shown watching backstage in disapproval after the match.
- Nikki Bella w/Brie Bella def. Natalya & Naomi w/Cameron in a triple threat match at 3:39 after the roll up on Naomi by Nikki. In a preview match ahead of the fatal four-way bout this Sunday at Night of Champions, the Divas Champion AJ Lee watched on from commentary as the three challengers for her title this Sunday squared off to see who the better Diva was. Natalya and Naomi teamed up against Nikki in the early moments, but soon it became about every Diva for their own, as Natalya at one point had Naomi in the Sharpshooter, just for Nikki to come in and break it up and wind up in a Sharpshooter from Nikki. AJ meanwhile slandered Total Divas on commentary, until her headset was muted by the production truck. This led AJ to leave commentary and take a microphone before leaving the ringside area and going up to the rampway. Nikki meanwhile rolled Naomi up with the tights for the win. After the match, AJ continued to once again slander Total Divas, shooting that she was sick of these untalented jezebels getting all of the talk time, whilst actual female wrestlers like herself get abandoned. AJ's microphone was suddenly cut off, prompting her to throw down the mic and storm away.
- Bray Wyatt w/The Wyatt Family def. R-Truth w/Kofi Kingston at 4:23 after the Sister Abigail. With these issues between the former Tag Team Champions and the Wyatt Family continuing to escalate in recent weeks, R-Truth was out for another shot at taking down the 'Eater of Worlds', the leader of the Wyatt clan. Bray was extremely methodical in his attack against Truth, as he pounded away at him and picked him a part seemingly limb by limb, as whenever R-Truth tried to mount some offense against Wyatt, Erick Rowan or Luke Harper would distract him. Kofi Kingston tried to interject, as he dove off of the ring steps and dove onto the two larger Wyatt Family members, whilst meanwhile, Bray put Truth away with the Sister Abigail. After the match, Kofi seemed to want some of Bray as Wyatt was backed by Rowan and Harper in the ring, on his knees and arms stretched outward ready to take Kofi in next.
- The Great Khali & Santino Marella def. 3MB (Heath Slater & Jinder Mahal) w/Drew McIntyre at 2:01 after the Khali Chop on Mahal. The three members of the 3MB came out to the ring looking for a fight, opening up an open challenge against any tag team that feel they are more worthy of a shot at the Tag Team Championships than them, prompting the return of the Great Khali and Santino Marella to Monday Night RAW. Khali and Santino cleared house, as the 'Punjabi Playboy' put Mahal away easily with a big Chop to the head.
- Intercontinental Champion Curtis Axel w/Paul Heyman def. Christian at 9:21 after the Axehole. After being interrupted and insulted on account of his age earlier tonight, 'Captain Charisma' came out to get some retribution and teach the younger Axel a lesson in respecting the veterans. With no sign of Edge at ringside, Christian appeared to be quite outnumbered up against the third generation superstar and arguably the most evasive and effective manager in WWE history. Heyman was talking strategy with Axel the whole time, as Curtis was still six days away from potentially the biggest match of his career against CM Punk alongside his agent Heyman. The 'Chosen One' managed to gain offense against Christian using his quickness, and Axel took liberties in dissecting Christian and trying to pick apart the future Hall of Famer. Christian almost had Axel done for with the Killswitch, but it was not to be as Axel reversed it into the Axehole for the victory. After the match, Paul Heyman invited CM Punk down to the ring, as the three men exchanged in verbal warfare.
- Fandango & Summer Rae def. The Miz & Rosa Mendes at 4:30 after the reverse STO by Fandango on Miz. After interrupting the Miz on numerous occasions, and after the Miz interrupting Fandango on numerous occasions, it was about time to settle the score, as the 'Awesome One', the 'Ballroom Brawler' and their respective dance partners squared off for mixed tag team action tonight on RAW. Fandango and Summer Rae worked effectively as a team, as Fandango pounded away at Miz, whilst the more in-ring experienced Summer Rae worked over Rosa Mendes, the feisty Latina however fighting back. The match came down to Fandango and Miz going at it as Rosa and Summer had a cat fight at ringside, when Rosa suddenly twisted her ankle being shoved off the apron by Miz from a shove by Fandango. This led to the swinging STO by Fandango, putting away Miz for the upset. Fandango and Summer danced over a defeated Miz and Rosa after the match.
- Ryback def. Zack Ryder at 3:21 after the Shell-Shocked. With the 'Human Wrecking Ball's' recent path of destruction left behind him, the 'Long Island Iced Z' was up to the task tonight on RAW of trying to diminish Ryback's freakish empowerment over the smaller members of the WWE roster of superstars, as Ryder tried to eagerly take down Ryback, just to get overpowered himself and beaten down by the 'Big Guy'. The Sin City native continued to bully Ryder by slapping him around in the corner and repeatedly shoving him against the top turnbuckle. Ryder tried to fight him off, but after a second rope crossbody gone wrong, Ryback's Shell-Shocked put Ryder away for three.
- The Usos (Jimmy Uso & Jey Uso) vs The Prime Time Players (Darren Young & Titus O'Neil) fought to a no contest at 4:37 after the Real Americans attacked both teams. A match between two teams the WWE Universe have recently taken to in particular, the Usos and the Prime Time Players fought it out tonight on Monday Night RAW, with the tag team division once again being a featured conversation among the announcers. As the two teams fought it out in a competitive bout, the trio of Jack Swagger, Antonio Cesaro and Zeb Colter hit the ring, as Cesaro and Swagger took out Jimmy Uso and Titus O'Neil! The Real Americans were left standing as Cesaro nailed Jey Uso with a Neutralizer and Swagger gave Darre Young a Gutwrench Powerbomb. Zeb Colter got the microphone as he declared that the Real Americans should be next in line for a shot at the Tag Team Championships, proclaiming them the most dominant tag team the WWE has today.
- WWE Champion Randy Orton, Wade Barrett & The Shield (United States Champion Dean Ambrose & Tag Team Champions Roman Reigns & Seth Rollins) def. Daniel Bryan, Rob Van Dam, Dolph Ziggler, the Big Show & Mark Henry at 23:02 in a ten-man tag team match after the RKO by Orton on Bryan. Tensions ran at an all-time high for this match, as in six days, these ten superstars will be involved in four matches at Night of Champions, with not only the glory of a championship being on the line, but also the concept of independence among the WWE superstars in the locker room contrasting against the empowering dictatorship of the Authority, led by Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. The Authority tried to keep their opposition under control, at several points trying to isolate each member of the anti-establishment led by Daniel Bryan, and there were many close calls where Bryan's team could have scored the victory, including a close call by Dolph Ziggler almost successfully pinning United States Champion Dean Ambrose. The match soon turned into a huge brawl spread around ringside, as the two superstars in the main event of Night of Champions, Bryan and Orton fought it out in the ring as legal men. Bryan was able to get the better of the 'Apex Predator', as the 'YES Man' was getting ready for the running knee to the face, but the pesky Wade Barrett tripped Bryan, which led to the 'Viper' getting in an RKO for the victory. After the match, Orton celebrated as he contemplated delivering the banned Punt to Bryan - but soon thought better off as Bryan's teammates hit the ring to aid to Bryan, as RAW went off the air. | OTHER HAPPENINGS - Prior to the ten-man tag team main event, Daniel Bryan, Rob Van Dam, Dolph Ziggler, the Big Show and Mark Henry were gathered in their locker room among the rest of the WWE fan favourites as Bryan led the revolution in chants of YES!, asking the locker room if they were going to be hushed by the tactics of the Authority and stand by whilst their opportunities were silenced by the dictatorship that the WWE is being led by in Triple H and Stephanie. Bryan continue to lead the locker room as he talked about how we would see new Tag Team Champions in the Big Show and Mark Henry, a defender of the locker room in Rob Van Dam, a new United States Champion in Dolph Ziggler, and that we would see a new WWE Champion in Daniel Bryan representing the blue collar superstars in the WWE! YES! YES! YES!
- Whilst Daniel Bryan was rallying the troops in the locker room, the WWE Champion Randy Orton meanwhile had some concerns regarding who he would be teaming with tonight, showing more signs of paranoia as the Face of the company when he approached the Shield and told them that they better not try any shenanigans tonight. Dean Ambrose told Orton that he didn't like his tone, and that the 'Viper' should be careful what he says, because the Shield will not be intimidated by him. Seth Rollins reiterated that they are mercenaries, not employees of the Authority. Roman Reigns smirked as he told Orton that they would do the work with Orton and Wade Barrett tonight: but in future to watch his back if he wants to talk trash AND still be WWE Champion.
- Wade Barrett greeted Triple H and Stephanie McMahon in their office, as the 'Bare Knuckled Street Fighter' appeared to try and suck up to the power couple, as he talked about how this is a great opportunity to prove to Daniel Bryan, Dolph Ziggler, the Big Show, Mark Henry and Rob Van Dam that the Authority is an establishment not to be messed with. With Barrett continuing to brown-nose the dominant duo, Stephanie then told Wade that he had a mission of his own this Sunday, alongside Randy Orton and the three members of the Shield: because at Night of Champions, he would have the task of taking care of Rob Van Dam. Barrett didn't seem happy with the concept, but promised his bosses that he would decimate RVD.
- Rey Mysterio and Ricardo Rodriguez were interviewed by Renee Young, who asked them about Mysterio's match with Alberto Del Rio this Sunday night at Night of Champions. Rey said that Del Rio has been a thorn in his side for so long, ever since he arrived in the WWE, he has caused nothing but problems and that this Sunday he would knock down Del Rio a peg. Ricardo then talked about how he has been disrespected, insulted and assaulted by Del Rio, and that he wouldn't stand for it anymore, that Del Rio must be stopped, and his new old friend, Rey Mysterio would claim the World Heavyweight Championship this Sunday night one more time.
- Edge met up with a backstage, as he came across World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio who reminded Edge that he was his final opponent, and even though he couldn't get the job done, he still crippled the 'Rated R Superstar'. Edge reminded Del Rio that he smashed his car, and he smashed the glass ceiling for him, before telling Del Rio that this Sunday, his old friend Rey Mysterio would take good care of the 'Mexican Aristocrat'.
- Zack Ryder was shown talking to Justin Gabriel in the locker room, when Gabriel reluctantly hushed the tone as Ryback arrived. Ryder seemed upset that Gabriel was intimidated by Ryback, which is when the 'Long Island Iced Z' stood up for Gabriel and told the 'Human Wrecking Ball' that the WWE superstars shouldn't be intimidated by a guy like Ryback. Ryback laughed before shoving him against a locker and ordering him to meet him in the ring later tonight.
- After the announcement that CM Punk would face Curtis Axel and Paul Heyman in a Singapore cane handicap match at Night of Champions, the RAW General Manager Brad Maddox was confronted by Paul Heyman, the 'Twisted Genius' not happy with Maddox one bit for this decision to be confirmed. Maddox was reluctant, as Heyman had to remind him what happened the last time he got on the bad side of the greatest manager in the WWE: being beaten to a pulp, courtesy of the Shield. All because of the influence of Heyman, and what Maddox has done, has put him in a bomb shelter that's going to implode on itself any minute, any minute Maddox gets in Heyman's way again!
- AJ Lee was shown storming through the backstage area full of rage, as the Divas Champion was furious about being cut off by the production truck not once but twice regarding her comments about Total Divas. Suddenly, she was approached by SmackDown General Manager Vickie Guerrero, who smiled like a witch and said that she knows how they've had their differences: but that she wanted AJ to come over to SmackDown this Friday night, where she will be granted freedom to say whatever she wanted about Total Divas. AJ seemed reluctant, but Guerrero promised her, calling it 'open mic'. Lee smiled as Vickie walked away.

| WWE Main Event - September 11, 2013 - Ottawa, ON - Canadian Tire Center (#050) | TOP STORIES - With Night of Champions looming over the WWE Champion's head, the 'Apex Predator' was put into a challenging situation tonight on Main Event, as Randy Orton squared off with the number one contender to the World Heavyweight Championship in Rey Mysterio: a man much smaller than Daniel Bryan, who Orton will face in six nights at Night of Champions on pay-per-view. But equally effective, as Orton has found out in the past. Ricardo Rodriguez watched on from ringside, as Rey Mysterio was quick to resort to agility in order to combat the 'Viper', these two having known each other for so long and both making their WWE debuts in the year 2002, their paths crossing several times including a personal rivalry in early 2006, which ironically led to Mysterio winning the World Heavyweight Championship for the first time, back at WrestleMania 22: a match also featuring the 'Viper' himself. Rey continued to go to town on Orton using his swift kicks and fast array of hurricanranas, enzuigiris and victory rolls, before the WWE Champion wisely cut Mysterio off with a sharp uppercut knocking Rey right out of the air. From there, Orton went straight to work on dissecting Rey, trying to do some damage to the challenger for the World Heavyweight Championship as of Sunday night. Orton was relentlessly and methodical in his attack as usual, vintage Orton as Randy targeted the neck and resorted to tactical knee drops, neckbreakers and other moves that could injure that particular area of Mysterio. Finally though, the WWE Universe clapping along had Mysterio come back to life, firing back at the egotistical, dangerous 'Viper' with even more agility, the damage to the neck not having slowed the Mexican veteran down by much, as the San Diego native sent Orton into the ropes for the 619 on two occasions just for Randy to move out of the way quickly. Orton tried to get back into control of Mysterio, but the smaller man was resilient and sent Randy sailing into the top turnbuckle with a big hurricanrana, stunning him prompting Rey to get in position for the 619...so he thought. With that, Mysterio's opponent for Night of Champions ran down to ringside, the World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio promptly kicking Rey's manager Ricardo across the back of the skull! Del Rio had laid out his former personal ring announcer and left him down at ringside, and this distraction led to Orton nailing the RKO on Rey for the three! Orton was victorious, albeit once again with assistance from outside interference - something that will not be there this Sunday night against Daniel Bryan! Orton took the microphone quickly after the bell, as the 'Viper' chuckled, talking about how he would have the liberty of getting the job done this Sunday night on pay-per-view, by taking Bryan's hopes and dreams and crushing them in his hands. Orton uttered that Bryan could believe in his false hope of being WWE Champion, but the reality is that living in that bubble will not save the 'YES Man' after Sunday, and Bryan's entire career would be at the mercy of the 'Apex Predator'. Orton seemed confident ahead of Sunday's main event.
- Since debuting in the WWE back in June, the three members of the Wyatt Family have been on the loose in the WWE. Consisting of Luke Harper and Erick Rowan, these two mysterious outcasts of society have been led to the WWE Universe by the leader of the cult, a man dressed in a Hawaiian shirt and a straw hat by the name of Bray Wyatt. Calling himself the 'Eater of Worlds', Wyatt has proven how dangerous and mysterious he can be, the surrealistic trio having put to pasture the 'Big Red Monster' Kane back at SummerSlam - the 'Devil's Favourite Demon' not being seen since. Wyatt has since laid his eyes on Kofi Kingston and R-Truth, defeating both in different circumstances on both RAW and on Main Event. Bray has spoken about how his plan to dominate the WWE and take control of "the machine" have already begun, meaning that the WWE Universe would have to wait and see what they were going to do next. After setting his sights to put the West-African Kofi to pasture this past Monday night, the former Tag Team Champions Kofi Kingston and R-Truth declared their own intentions in standing up to the surrealist, Kingston quoted as saying that he wanted to open Bray's eyes tonight by defeating one of his sidekicks, Erick Rowan. The sheep mask wearing Rowan seemed intimidating as he fought the first minute or so of the match with the mask on, but the fire inside of the Ghana native was set alight, as Kofi sprung onto Rowan in a fearless series of high-impact moves, causing Wyatt to open his eyes after all. Bray sat rocking on his chair on the aisleway, with the ever scary Luke Harper by his side, watching on as Kofi dodged the powerful brawling attacks from Rowan, and that's when Kofi took it up a notch and nailed Rowan with the Trouble in Paradise: for a two count! The kick-out shocked the WWE Universe, as Kingston had to think of something better to do, which is when Rowan got back into things and pounded away at Kofi some more. Kingston had to dig down deep to get back in the game, as he somehow dodged a chokeslam attempt from Rowan and turned it into the S.O.S. for three! Kofi was victorious, but he did not have time to celebrate: instead, the lights flickered in Wyatt fashion - and when they returned, R-Truth was now barely conscious, in the arms of Bray Wyatt on the rampway. Kofi watched in awe at the surrealism of this moment, as the 'Eater of Worlds' barked on at Kingston, telling him to think wisely before pulling the trigger: because if Kofi didn't think wisely and quickly, Bray would fire the first bullet himself. With that, Wyatt laid the rapper, R-Truth out face first on the rampway with the Sister Abigail! Bray knelt beside Truth on the rampway, as he laughed, Kofi Kingston watching on in shock as the glitch took Main Event off the air. | RESULTS - WWE Champion Randy Orton def. Rey Mysterio w/Ricardo Rodriguez at 12:23 after the RKO following interference from Alberto Del Rio. In the featured match tonight on Main Event, the 'Viper' had to prove his credibility as WWE Champion as Randy Orton squared off with the number one contender to the World Heavyweight Championship, Rey Mysterio. These two superstars with so many matches with one another underneath their belts exchanged a barrage of offense against one another, Rey focusing on agility whilst Orton tried to desperately slow down the speed of the Mexican. The 'Viper' dissected the neck of Mysterio, stomping away at the head of Rey and focusing on it with methodical neckbreakers before Rey soon made a comeback and showed a refreshened fire, Mysterio ready to bring the fight to Orton as he plans to Alberto Del Rio this Sunday night. However as Mysterio had Orton ready for the 619, World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio darted down to the ringside area and superkicked his former ring announcer Ricardo Rodriguez! Mysterio was distracted, leading to the RKO for three. After the match Orton talked about Daniel Bryan once again, saying that Bryan can believe in false hope, but it wouldn't save him after Sunday night.
- Tons of Funk (Brodus Clay & Tensai) def. 3MB (Heath Slater & Jinder Mahal) w/Drew McIntyre at 5:16 after the chokebomb by Tensai on Slater. With the tag team battle royal announced for the Night of Champions Pre-Show this Sunday night on WWE.com, YouTube and other Social Media sites, it was time for Tons of Funk and 3MB to both get their acts together in preparation for what could be a career changing moment in their careers, should they become number one contenders to the Tag Team Championships. 3MB tried to wear down Brodus Clay in the opening moments, but the 'Funkasaurus' overcame the offense of Jinder Mahal and Heath Slater, and in came 'Sweet T', Tensai clearing house and soon putting Slater away with the chokebomb. Tons of Funk danced following the match.
- Divas Champion AJ Lee def. Eva Marie at 1:12 after the Black Widow. With the Divas Champion under pressure in six days time in a fatal four-way match with three members of Total Divas, AJ Lee had to get some momentum building, as she faced rookie Total Divas star Eva Marie tonight on Main Event. Marie tried to get something going, but quickly the loudmouth Divas Champion put Eva away with the Black Widow. Lee seemed prepared as Alex Riley reminded us that AJ Lee was being given an open mic this Friday night on SmackDown.
- Kofi Kingston w/R-Truth def. Erick Rowan w/Bray Wyatt & Erick Rowan at 6:11 at the S.O.S. After the antics of the Wyatt Family in recent weeks, moving from taking Kane off of WWE television to making eyes on Kofi and R-Truth, the West-African decided to try and bring the fight to Erick Rowan tonight on Main Event, as Luke Harper watched on beside a seated Bray Wyatt, ominously as always rocking in his chair on the aisleway. Rowan's power effected Kingston at several points in this match, but the more experienced Kingston was resilient and continued to fight back, even nailing Rowan with the Trouble in Paradise - for a two count. Stumped, Kofi was victim to an assault from the redbeard, when Kofi suddenly caught Rowan off-guard with the S.O.S. for an upset against the mysterious Wyatt Family member! After the match, the lights flickered and returning to Main Event, R-Truth was now in the arms of Bray Wyatt on the rampway, as the 'Eater of Worlds' shouted at Kofi from the ramp, telling Kingston to think wisely before pulling the trigger, because if he didn't then he would: with that, dropping R-Truth face first on the ramp with the Sister Abigail. Kofi was stumped as Main Event went off the air. | OTHER HAPPENINGS - Promos with each of the challengers to AJ Lee's Divas Championship were shown, as Natalya said that she has been watching AJ for a long time, and that she would find herself in a hard place on Sunday. The Canadian said that AJ has nowhere to run, and that the second-generation Diva would once again become Divas Champion. Nikki Bella said that she would bring back the Divas title to where it belonged, because as a poster girl of Total Divas, she doesn't like AJ's attitude, and the poster girl should definitely have the belt around her waist. Finally, Naomi was interviewed, as she talked about the honor of being in this match, and that she would do the Funkadactyls proud by bringing the Divas Championship with her to Total Divas.
- Prior to his match with Erick Rowan, Kofi Kingston and R-Truth were interviewed by Renee Young about their evolving rivalry with the Wyatt Family. R-Truth talked about how there has never been a trio as threatening as the Wyatts have been in recent months since they debuted. He mentioned how they brought Kane to his knees at SummerSlam, and that they don't like the looks of them either. Kofi talked about Bray Wyatt, and how he has his eyes set on Kofi, a cat-like glare in his eyes ready to pounce on the prey. But Kofi said that he is a bird that won't be killed, and that he would continue to fly away and wear Wyatt out, and bring him to his own knees. Kofi said that he has this under control, and that he would open Bray's eyes tonight when Kofi beats Erick Rowan.
- The RAW Rebound aired, as it reviewed the ten-man tag team main event, featuring the Authority and the anti-establishment members collide, the bout finally coming down to Randy Orton and Daniel Bryan, the rivals that will face off at Night of Champions this Sunday for the WWE Championship. One distraction by Wade Barrett cost Bryan, leading to the RKO from Orton: but this Sunday, the 'Apex Predator' would have nowhere to run and nowhere to hide from the resilient 'YES Man'.
- An advertisement aired, promoting SmackDown this Friday night, as Daniel Bryan squares off with United States Champion Dean Ambrose; the Big Show & Mark Henry face the Real Americans; plus, Divas Champion AJ Lee will be given an open mic to talk about Total Divas, and the Cutting Edge returns as Edge welcomes World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio as his guest.
