I'm just about to cancel my network by stopping my direct debit on PayPal. I watched 1 ppv in 6 months, helluva waste of money.

It's possible that it'll be run through Sky, like the way the Canadian network is going. We'll find out closer to the time... For me, it'd be ideal if it had Raw and Smackdown on it over here. Can't see that happening though. But I wonder what the deal will be considering that NXT, Main Event, Superstars etc are all shown on Sky here.

It took ages for PPV's to load then buffered like crazy so I gave up. Stopped paying the unblock us 3 months ago but didn't know you could cancelon PayPal with WWE auto renewing everyone's 6 months on the 24th August there's no way I'm paying another 6 months for no reason.

The Network is awesome and worth the price of admission for the monthly PPV's alone. I have it working on my PS3 and PS4 and I have had zero issues at all with loading, or the picture quality. I have my PS3 pretty much next to my router up stairs, but the PS4 is connected wireless and is downstairs and I still have no issues with it.
One thing I am wondering when is officially launched here in the UK is are we going to get RAW and Smackdown on it? I know in the USA its not on there because of deals they have with TV networks. But I wonder if the deal the WWE has with sky will allow them to have it on the network over here.

Sky signed a 5 year deal with WWE in February so I think we might get it as a sky channel as opposed to an online service, hopefully we get it for the same price as the US.

I would LOVE this... one of my main concerns is how to watch The Network through my TV - I don't have a games console and when I tried the free trial period (when it was launched), it kept freezing/buffering on my laptop (or playing in poorer quality). A "WWE Channel" on Sky would be perfect (I suppose a lot of the on-demand stuff would be similar to Sky's on-demand service?). It's going to be really interesting to see what happens with Raw and Smackdown too - and whether the monthly Box Office PPVs stay the same...

All about the cost for me really, will I save any money on the PPVs each month for example. A tv channel would be preferable for me also, just as long as I can still get hold of all the content and not miss out on anything. If all goes to plan I won't have much of a social life from October though!

WWE Network is a WWE venture that Sky doesn't care that much about. As for content, if it's anything like the US version, the PPV will air without adverts like it did originally.

Well it wouldn't really be a "Sky channel"... it would be a WWE channel that's ON Sky/satellite. I think. But how do you watch WWE at the moment? I mean, you pretty much have to subscribe to Sky if you want to watch Raw, Smackdown, NXT, Vintage, PPVs etc. The more I think of it, with their history and good working relationship, I'd be surprised if Sky weren't involved with The Network somehow...
