- Dean Ambrose opens the show with an in-ring promo. Before he can say a whole lot, Seth Rollins comes out and interrups him. Ultimately, Ambrose reveals the stipulation for their match at SummerSlam, which he earned the rights to do after Monday’s “Beat The Clock” challenge at RAW. Ambrose announced a Lumberjack Match between he and Rollins for SummerSlam. To close out this segment, however, Rollins revealed that Ambrose’s opponent for tonight is Randy Orton. - Sin Cara def. Damien Sandow in the first official match taped for this week’s SmackDown. * Seth Rollins defeated Dolph Ziggler. * Big Show and Mark Henry defeated Ryback and Curtis Axel. * Rusev defeated Big E. Lana cut an anti-American promo. - Paige def. Natalya in Divas action. - There was a promo during the tapings featuring Chris Jericho. He, of course, spoke about Bray Wyatt and their match * Dean Ambrose and Randy Orton ended in a No Contest when Seth Rollins interfered and a brawl broke out. This was a lengthy match that went close to 30 minutes. Found the rest, But really? A  ing lumberjack match for Ambrose/Rollins?? |

For such a heated rivalry i expected a street fight, maybe a cage match even though those have been diluted in the PG era. Lumberjack so that Rollins can't escape will be the reason why but its still lame as a street fight or cage match is better.

They are deliberately sabotaging Amborse and Rollins. So they don't outshine what really matter to WWE. which is Bre Bella/Stephanie Mcmahon and Cena/Lesnar

There is more on Smackdown. The thing I heard was the dude getting spoiler for smackdown this week got kicked out the show. And even though I hate the lumberjack match stipulation, it most likely means this storyline will be a long one.

Are the writers so incompetent these days, that they can't find any fault with the fact that DEAN AMRBOSE picked a match where he has to rely ON OTHER PEOPLE to ensure that he gets his hands on Seth Rollins, the guy who betrayed him and killed all of his trust in the first place?
I just don't understand what they're thinking sometimes.

I just don't understand what they're thinking sometimes. It's quite simple really. They know Seth Rollins / Dean Ambrose will steal the show. you can't have that when you have a match with. Daddy's little princess vs the star of total divas. |

They don't want them to outshine new Golden Boy Reigns and his probably god awful match. This will probably be a 5 minute match where everyone gangs up on Ambrose to get good with the authority and Rollins wins. |

The lumberjack match stipulation makes sense in storyline, cause Seth Rollins keeps running away from Ambrose, so this makes sure that Rollins can't run away from Ambrose. I'm sure they'll have another match at NOC with a better stipulation. I'm sure the match will be great anyways, I can see a few spots that could happen, like them doing a suplex from the top rope to the outside on the lumberjacks.

there are so many things wrong with this show i cant even.... I see the point of Rollins/Ambrose being like this, it's a FEUD. it should go on awhile. but instead of the usual "winner picks the stipulation" they should have done something else to get to a Lumberjack match. It's a lame concept. ALmost makes me think they are trying to sabotage the bout because they want to make sure everyone wets themselves over the laughable main events. Big Show & Henry huh? Yeah, thats ing pointless. And OF COURSE they have to beat Rybaxel. this shit. I thought Big E. turned heel? Are they going to try and play this "3 black guys who are pissed off" group as some kind of renegade thing the way the Shield was? Because that's stupid. Or did they really just completely drop that angle because they absolutely know the writers dont have any capability of booking a faction like that in a good way. Maybe instead of cutting time keepers and magazine staff, this company should FIRE EVERY SINGLE "WRITER" because it's completely crystal clear these people are the dumbest human beings to ever be employed, they have ZERO idea how to write and book entertaining wrestling, and they are completely CLUELESS, in every way. |

Stop jumping to conclusions and let it actually play out before we all jump the gun and think they're heels. People are just so impatient now a days with pushes, storylines, etc. in wrestling. Now with Big E, I wouldn't have had him get beat by Rusev, yet again cause they're doing this thing with their group, it's kind of pointless IMO to have Big E lose.
