On the Road Warriors? No they don't come with knee pads. But that is fine because Hawk didn't wear them all the time. Abd while towards their later days Animal did wear them quite often he did always wear them. But seeing this is really based on their WWE Run I felt I should give Animal knee pads.

After seeing the pics of the LOD makes me even more excited for Thursday when I should be getting mine along with Lex and Batista.

PJ once again thanks for the extensive pics! LOD look awesome. I'm wondering if you were to heat up or soak the Von Erich knee pads in hot water for a minute or two, it will be pliable enough to wrap over Animal's calves. If you're worried about the straps in the back, then how about full red knee pads like from Ezekiel Jackson (with the deco acetoned off)?

I did put the Von Erich pads on him this morning. One looks like it started to tear. I'm not home right now but will post pics when I do get back home.

I'm starting to think that this Million Dollar Man will be the second figure this year that I don't get because I can't find it at retail.... Never found purple-shirt Macho Man, and now this one continues to elude me..... Mattel makes these things too hard to find! Does anyone know if the Summerslam Heritage set will be available at other retail outlets besides Toys R Us? Maybe K Mart/Wal Mart will have it out in a few months? I'm equally worried about being able to find the Legion of Doom..... but Elite 29 hasn't even hit in my area yet. Great pics, thanks for sharing! Ive found the Summerslam Heritage at 2 different Meijer stores.

Can't wait to do some fix-ups with these figures mainly LOD with gold pads from SummerSlam '92. What skintones do Hawk & Animal have? Hawk looks to be pinker than the original; Animal's seems the same as before? Can't quite tell. Also, does Hawk happen to have the newer ball-style hips? Thanks for posting comparison pics.

Hawk looks like he can be Flair's coloring. Animal is slightly lighter. And Hawk has the old styled hips. PJ once again thanks for the extensive pics! LOD look awesome. Are you happy with Hawks arm size, or are you going to beef it up even more to the HHH style arms? When mine arrive later this week I was thinking of beefing up his arms. Which of the big muscle arm style skintones matches up with the new Hawk the best you think, Older Style Cenas or Kerry Von Erich?

No I like his arms. If I was going to give him any bigger arms it would be the e20 Rhodes arms like I gave the Legends 1 figure. But the tones don't match.
