While it may be obvious to wrestling fans, someone who knows nothing about WWE, or nothing about toys in general, would not really know better. White guy, long hair, darker beard, check. White guy, long hair, lighter beard, check. The pictures on the package fronts are art renderings as opposed to photos, and the attributes are very close to someone who doesn't follow wrestling. Yes, the poor tape job should suggest that the package was opened, but it says nothing about the actual figures inside.
Depending on the store, I have no problem with someone not knowing what is being returned. Even at a "toy only" store like TRU, there are hundreds, if not thousands of individual toy lines, and no one should rationally be expected to know them all. At a WalMart/Target, etc., I wouldn't expect the person doing returns to know anything about toys whatsoever. Some people need to stop acting like this is the fault of customer service people when the onus should be on thieves to stop stealing things.
